We have used the UK PETtrac Database for many years and find it very easy to use. Much easier than many others.
The support we've had whenever there have been any problems has been prompt and helpful, and we have never had any issues at all that the team didn't manage cheerfully and quickly (not that we have had many issues anyway).

We have used the microchips and data base for many years. The staff and helpful and any problems encountered quickly resolved. Would firmly recommend.

As a practice we have used Pettrac for many years, always receiving fabulous service with any queries. Stock arrives promptly however the main advantage we find is the free breeder transfer of ownership which is user friendly. Another bonus is the phone is answered straight away by a real person!

Outstanding customer support from a company that really care about their product and service delivery. We especially love the mini microchips and the fact all chips are automatically registered via Animal Shelter Manager when an animal gets adopted. By far the most reliable microchip we have used.

Here at the Rspca Burton we have been using Avid/Petrac for quite a number of years now, we find it very easy to register the microchips as some other data bases are very confusing.
The staff are always very helpful if we have any queries

the database is great to use and will guide us to another database if we scan a non Pettrac chip. registrations are easy and automatic by VetXML which is appreciated.

We are a rehoming centre and have to deal with many microchip companies. PETtrac's userface is easy to deal with and if we need to contact them by telephone, the staff are always very helpful and prompt with their assistance.

Like all rescues we have to use various microchip databases due to how the system works. The ability to communicate with, the ease of use and the customer service varies from provider to provider and in our view PETtrac sets the standard that we wish some others would follow! As a rescue shelter rehoming dogs and cats, Pettrac have never let us down. Using Pettrac, we can set up a duel registration, meaning that newly rehomed animals are also registered to the animal shelter as a back up. The site is very easy to use and phone lines also helpful.

I have used Pettrac microchips for over 9 years in the small cat rescue branch I run and have been delighted with their competent and pleasant approach.Originally microchips were registered by post or telephone but now I am able to register online and it is such a simple process which is important when all is voluntary.A case some years ago when a microchip would not register as already on the system was quickly sorted out by the staff when it was found that a wrong handwritten number had been registered in a dog in England.They organised rescanning of the dog so that was corrected and I was able to continue registration for the cat.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
