Dan arrived on time & patiently & gently removed a lively bumble bee nest from the insulation in a wall.
It wasn’t straight forward as they’d made their nest around a corner but he carried on and, I’m glad to report, the queen & her subjects have safely been re-homed.
Would thoroughly recommend.

From initial approach to company all staff were excellent, from office staff to technicians especially Jason and Dan. Would highly recommend this company.

I had some unwanted holiday "guests" (rats) which had decided the house was nicer than the canal bank. A thorough assessment was completed - and a multi-visit plan was agreed - which also involved a change of bait (as my guests were picky eaters). They've taken the bait and now works are progressing on protecting against future issues. The engagement team has been great to work with - and the field resource (Dan) has been great to work with - listening to the issues, and explaining the steps he was taking to rectify. I will of course post again after the remediations works are completed, but fully expect that the high satisfaction rating will continue.

I have been an employee at PGH Pest control since this summer. The team are dedicated to helping others,and go above and beyond into solving peoples pest issues. The Technicians are very knowledgeable and always happy to help out. We are constantly receiving positive feedback about out guys on the road! Proud to be part of the team.

We’ve used PGH for a couple of years with various cluster fly, mice problems etc and they have always been very efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. They also insulated and boarded our loft. Would happily recommend the company to anyone.

Have used PGH before so contacted them about a large wasp nest in loft as a dopey queen wasp suggested it might still be in use. PGH sent a technician who arrived promptly and removed nest. As before, I was impressed by his knowledge of the pest he was dealing with.

I have used PGH Pest Control in the past and have always found them to be excellent. They are thorough, professional and a pleasure to deal with from the first phone call. After having some work done on the outside of our property rats had made their way into our kitchen. Branden called to say he was arriving shortly, he arrived on time, was polite, friendly and got to work straight away, investigating our property and efficiently pointing out access areas, photographing and documenting all the issues. He was extremely thorough. He also took the time to explain to me what was happening, what types of proofing he would recommend and why, which was very reassuring. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. This is a trustworthy company who go out of their way to help you sort your pest problem properly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I was charged £150 for treating a small hornet nest in a tree, not high up and easily accessible. The job took about 5 minutes. At that price I naturally assumed they would come back and remove the dead nest as well. But no, they now demand more money to do that. At no point was it made clear to me what exactly was included in the price and that nest removal would cost extra. The nest is easily accessible. An ordinary decorators ladder would be high enough to reach it. I am furious at their disobliging and unhelpful attitude.

Fantastic company to deal with! I had a wasp nest that was very large and meant my toddler couldn’t play in the garden. PGH were very helpful and efficient in sending a technician out to get rid of the wasps! Will definitely be using them again!!!

We have been using PGH for years now and they have always been outstanding. They always go out of their way to get out to us as soon as possible and always eliminate whatever issue we have extremely efficiently and with minimum disruption. Highly recommend.

I would like to thank PGH for an amazing job they carried out this morning. I called on the Wednesday morning, and had the appointment book for 48 hours later. We noticed mites coming through an extractor fan in the bathroom.

After Brandon arrived to carry out the assessment it was quickly identified as an old Bird's Nest and unfortunately a deceased Bird in the tubbing. Brandon was able to remove and clean the area, preventing further mites from returning. He advised on the future bird proofing and was very professional.

I can't thank PGH for their speed of arriving and the work Brandon did. It was very reassuring to know that the problem is solved and the future proofing to our home they are doing.

I would like to add that before entering the property Brandon asked the necessary questions relating to the current situation with Coronavirus - something which was very welcomed and greatly appreciated.
