Affordable, Fast, and Reliable for Prop Firm Traders

Been using PickMyTrade with Tradovate for 6 months setup was super smooth, and no coding needed.

I automated my TradingView strategies and started seeing strong results, including $1000+ trades and 10%+ days on SIM. The execution is fast, the platform is stable, and pricing is very reasonable.

I’ve even shared some of my results on my social media to document the journey. If you're a serious trader looking for a reliable automation tool, PickMyTrade is definitely worth trying.

⚠️ Serious Warning for Anyone Using PickMyTrade Copy Trading Platform

I’m a signal provider who used PickMyTrade to mirror trades to client accounts. Unfortunately, the platform caused a major technical failure, resulting in one of my clients losing $890 while their account was marked “Not Active” — meaning trades were not supposed to be executed.

Here’s what happened:
• I paused the client account days in advance while they were awaiting a deposit.
• During this time, I restarted the PickMyTrade application multiple times, including to manage other client accounts — which I assumed ensured all settings were applied correctly.
• Despite this, the client’s account still received high-volume trades from my master account — trades that were not suitable for their account size and should have never mirrored due to the paused status.

I raised the issue with support, who at first denied any fault, citing something on their site that said “ slave ID 0” & then their logs. When I pushed back and showed live proof of the trades filling on the client side and another account which I had access to , they changed their stance and admitted that the platform requires users to click “Stop” and “Start” manually again after setting an account to Not Active — a critical step that was never communicated in their onboarding, warnings, UI, or documentation.

I’m confident I had already restarted the application multiple times, so their logs either failed to track these restarts or were intentionally misleading (they were a number of gaps in the reporting). Their technical handling and support posture were unreliable at best — and potentially misleading.

My card issuer reviewed the evidence and approved my chargeback quickly, which reinforces that PickMyTrade did not deliver the service as promised.

They then offered me a 1-month credit — a gesture that falls far short of the nearly $900 I had to reimburse my client out of pocket. This, combined with their repeated attempts to shift blame, shows a lack of accountability and concern for platform reliability. When I stressed my concerns and gave them multiple opportunities to rectify this I was then simply ignored and account closed.

🔒 If you’re a professional trader or signal provider using PickMyTrade, I strongly urge you to reconsider. The risks to your clients and your reputation are too high — especially if you’re scaling or using prop firm structures.

I’ve now moved to TradeSyncer, which has been more transparent and stable in my early testing. PickMyTrade may have a clean UI, but what’s behind it could cost you.

Account Status & Trade Execution
You mentioned that the client’s account was set to “Not Active,” yet trades still went through. As our support team explained, after making such changes, the platform requires a manual “Stop” and “Start” to refresh settings across all active sessions — a standard practice in most trade-copying platforms. This was not a bug but a difference in understanding, and over 1,000+ users have used the platform without facing this issue.

Continued Trading Despite Alleged Issue
Based on logs and your own communication, you continued placing trades even after seeing that the client account (which you claimed was inactive) had received an initial trade. If you truly believed the system was malfunctioning, the responsible course of action would have been to immediately stop trading and contact support — not to continue placing trades. The significant time gap between trades indicates there was ample opportunity to prevent further exposure.

Goodwill Offer and Accountability
You requested a $890 credit, which was not warranted as the platform executed trades based on the active settings at the time. Additionally, as a signal provider managing client funds, it's your responsibility to verify account configurations — especially when dealing with paused or high-risk accounts. Our team still offered a 1-month credit purely as a goodwill gesture.

Allegation of Log Manipulation and Threats
You claimed we manipulated logs — an unfounded accusation. Furthermore, you stated you would leave a negative review if we did not reimburse you. At this point, we chose to disengage respectfully. To clarify, we never closed your account — it remains active, contrary to your claim.

Action Taken on Your Feedback
Although this was not a platform error, we took your feedback seriously and have already updated our UI and onboarding flow to clarify the importance of re-syncing after configuration changes. This is how we believe responsible platforms should operate — by learning and improving continuously.

I am using Pickmytrade since 4 months and I liked it , their prices are much lesser than other available platforms for copying trades from trading view to tradovate. Recently they have launched trading view to trade locker as well . Overall you can try it without any second thoughts.
