It has been a seamless experience since starting with PlatoForm. I appreciated that the enrolment process was informative, responsive and not 'pushy' (and very straightforward!). My tutor has so far been super helpful and supportive and I'm looking forward to the rest of my course.

Super easy to enrol. Tutors have been very responsive. Online platform is by far the best I’ve experienced.

Good start and thorough onboarding. Tutor explained all aspects of the course from start to finish. It's very clear how to reach out for support and there are actually a lot of options for it depending on how fast you need a response or how much detail you want to go into. Very professional experience so far.

The built in assessment copilot is brilliant for building strong assessments far quicker. The integrated referencing is a life saver. The fact it is based off the precise unit you’re on, such as the allowed word count and minimum referencing per AC, has been well needed. Graphs, data tables and diagrams are also auto generated which saves hours on excel. A huge step up from typical online assessment experience.

A very professional experience. Always unsure about certain online course providers but my tutor at platoform was very knowledgable and reassuring. The mentors here have masters and doctorates which is very reassuring when looking into a Level 7 qualification. Looking forward to completing my strategic management and leadership course with this level of support.

It's been a refreshing change enrolling through PlatoForm. The team is super friendly and knowledgable. No false promises or marketing that falls through once youre onboard. If youre looking to develop with management qualifications, this company actually wants to help you succeed.

By far the most seamless onboarding to the course I’ve experienced. I had a great call with my tutor who is assigned to me for the entire course and we managed to set up all my personalised goals and completion metrics in the same hour. I was a bit stuck on which module to start first, in order or not, and my tutor happily set up another video call to go over how to start and what to aim for this week. I am very happy with how professional and supportive it is despite being online. Terrible experiences at other centres like ICS and LearnDirect where they just leave you for weeks stuck and only way to reach out is through customer service lines or Hubspot tickets which is ridiculous! Platoform is my go to now. 5/5 stars.

The onboarding process to the course was super quick and intuitive. My tutor guided me through all the stages from completing the qualification modules to completing the assessment. VLE is easy to navigate and reach out to my tutor. This has been far quicker than my experience at other providers.

The consultation video call was very thorough, explaining course structure, length and study options. Online learning portal is full of content and easy to navigate. I’ve been very happy with my dedicated tutor and responses are blazing fast.

If you’re a manager or looking to develop career changes, I could not rate PlatoForm any higher. I’ve completed multiple qualifications with providers and this is a completely different approach. Great material, knowledgable tutors and all the standard items you’d expect. However, the level of intelligent personalisation is unlike any other. Before even submitting any assessment, the platos dashboard highlights which learning areas you’re weakest in down to the criteria level which takes minutes to amend. Compare this to the usual which is submitting the assessment and being failed with often little guidance on what actually needs changing. This takes weeks to months…

Tutors and mentors respond like they’re in-person and are very eager to help you, check over your progress and have a video call. No tickets or ‘support’ emails or even managing zoom or teams. It’s one click on the platform from the area you’re stuck on to messaging or calling.

The online VLE is clearly a new system, everything loads fast, auto saves and I’ve never lost my work once. Charts, tables, and even word docs are all automatically produced without word or excel. Most importantly, the learning is nothing like the standard pdf download or basic slideshows and I’ve frequently used the Platos extend option to generate more of the lesson bits I want clarifying on.

I might be going on about the experience but this really is a learning provider made for serious professionals who don’t want to be treated like subscription customers. If you want to advance faster or even just anxious about completing a qualification and assessments, the tutors here will stop at nothing to get you passing first time every time.
