Justin look after our tour package to…
Justin look after our tour package to Rome and Venice. He managed to book the hotels near to Metro / city centre which help us to move around place to place with easy access of transport. Hotel was also very good and staff was friendly.
Only problem was Ryanair was almost 2 hour delay which is not in our control. our tour as from 1/7/24-6/7/24. the package was very good. Thanks . Johnson Pias

I would thoroughly recommend this travel agency (plus holidays). Justin Rigger managed to book us a package to Euro Disney which meets all our requirements.He was extremely helpful and professional. Justin was very patient when dealing with my requests and responded promptly. I really appreciated that he provided me with detailed information but did not pressurise me to make instant decisions. I would avoid this company at all…
I would avoid this company at all costs. I'm not even sure I believe the other reviews are from genuine customers. Booked a trip to Krakow with Aushwitz tour included. Rang to arrange our transfer to aushwitz when we got there and the company knew nothing about it. I rang plus holidays to sort it out. They never returned my call so rang again to then have the phone put down on me. They never put the booking through to the tour operator in Poland so never got to go to the one place we actually went for. Ronald and Mike (not their real names I'm sure as they sound Indian) were dam right rude on the phone and a month later I'm still waiting for their supposed customer service team to refund / sort the situation out. Plus anyone thinking of booking you get no luggage allowance included not even a 10kg carry on small case! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Misleading customers giving false information
We were told that there would be transport ( bus shuttle ) working from Novotel hotel to Disney Land paris all day through. We asked prior to pay them from the Plus Holiday agent that when we checked with another travel agent, they informed that Novotel Marne-la-Vallée does not have such bus shuttle, are you sure, and the agent said yes there is a bus shuttle and our package is included that. Once we arrived hotel in Paris, the hotel informed us that there is no bus shuttle. We need to take train. And she also warns the road is not really safe to walk from train station to hotel at night,.
Finally for 2 days with 2 adults 2 children we had to take train to go to Disneyland Paris and it cost us more than £50. Its been a month now, we emailed all the ticket details, emailed many times,called and even spoke to the agent, supervisor,
the manager or may be the Owner, still they did not return our money. Not recommending this travel agent to anyone. Giving customers misleading information.

Had a fabulous trip to Krakow. I found Ronald so helpful and patient particularly with paperwork as there was a lot to take in. Issues with return flight but this was not down to the company but with the airline. It did get sorted by Ronald so at least we didn't miss a day of our holiday

Disappointed
Great response to messages and super easy booking. Mike was very helpful answering all my questions. However a few weeks before I am due to go and just after I made final payment, the flight from Glasgow has been cancelled. I have been offered flights from Edinburgh but still waiting for information and confirmation. Im unsure if this is a legit holiday now.

I booked trip to Romania was very easy and the agents Nancy and Mike were very helpful in providing me information fast also God a great deal visiting the dracula castle included and transfers. Have recommended to friends due to the service being great 👍
My only recommendations would be to introduce that you can pay with a PayPal account directly via the link as I had a few suspicions at first due to the deal being Soo good. Also when booking would be good to add the luggage set booking flights as feel wise air added abit on.
