Fantastic company to deal with, upfront with costs, willing to work around our schedule, excellent communication throughout, nothing too much trouble and, what we consider to be a fair price for the works carried out. My contact was Julia, she instantly understood our needs and tight timescale and acted swiftly to get the works done, and, kept us informed throughout.
We are based a long way from where the work was taking place, so that communication was very important to us.
Highly recommended.

Polarity were professional & polite, however do not accept card payments only bank transfers which is a bit limiting. Hence 4 star.

As far as I can tell the work was completed as expected & to a safe standard, but I'm no electrician, relying on Polarity for their expertise.

We booked Polarity Electrics for an NICEIC test and certificate. Though the two electricians who turned up to do the job were polite and professional, communication and follow up with the company was appalling. The original booking was lost and I had to call up to find out when the electricians would be attending. Following the the test some remedial work was identified (removing an additional socket and fitting two plastic grommets for the fuse box). It took repeated phone calls to get the quote for this work, being given a different story for the delay each time I called. When the quote finally came through it was for £199 +VAT for the 30 minute job, when the original half day test work had been significantly less than this. When we emailed the company to ask for the quote be be reviewed we got no response, and when phoned I was told I would have it within the next working day, though this has yet to materialise. In the mean time we have found another contractor to do the work and a full test for the certificate at nearly half the price. Very poor customer service from Polarity, and apparently not very good value either, and won't be using again.

Whenever I need an electrician to complete any electrical projects, I know I can rely on the team at Polarity to complete them to a high class standard.

The booking process for a future home purchase was easy to arrange. The visit went well and on time. We received a thorough and clear summary of the survey within a short period of time afterwards. all in all a efficient and helpful experience, We look forward to having Polarity Electrics carry out the suggested updates and modifications once we have moved in.
