This is the first time that I bought a dress for this company, customer service was great and very professional people. Also, the quality of the clothes is amazing and if you have any problem they will help you and answer all your questions. I’m so happy with this company I highly recommend to buy your dresses here and check your size recommendations.

Returning is a mess!!!!

The dress itself could be pretty great- went by measurements but dress I received was still a bit too small. The problem is when I went to return it- they send you an e-mail hoping you won’t but will exchange it… etc…
I still asked for a refund but somehow got another dress sent! It was the same size as the first one.
I emailed them again to tell them this and it must be bot driven because it just acknowledged the incoming shipment of the same size dress!
Absolutely not worth the hassle!!
So I guess I’ll have 2 dresses I can’t wear!

Wow!

This company is amazing. I love my swimsuit so much. Also, I had to exchange for a different size, so they let me keep the og one and didn't charge me extra for the new size! I was able to give to a friend! Thank you, Popilush! Ilsym!

I ordered a bodysuit for my girlfriend and of…

I ordered a bodysuit for my gf and of course got the size wrong, smh. They responded to my exchange email the next day and went above and beyond fixing my mistake. Great customer service and not to mention great quality
materials and design. My girlfriend loves all of their catolog and would buy it all if she(me) could. Popilush FTW!!

I returned item

I returned item. Emailed customer service multiple times with copy of proof of delivery for return and still nothing. All I get is automated responses from email. I called and left a message also. No refund on paypal and its been 2 months

Scam

Made an order for five items. Received one item within a short period of time. A few weeks later received a second item. The third item says it was fulfilled two weeks ago, but I never received the dress. One month later there’s still two more items that need to be shipped. And I still haven’t received the dress that they say was fulfilled. There is no refund portal or any mechanism to get a refund on their website and you need to email customer service. I emailed them over the remainder three items in my order. They completely ignored my concern about the dress that had been fulfilled but not received. And then they asked me if I wanted an exchange for a new size or return on the other two items as they were now out of stock - refund please, I do not need two dresses in sizes that don’t fit me. Why is it that I have to email them to ask them to refund my credit card when something is out of stock? They should automatically be refunding my credit card when something is out of stock. They should also be providing updates if there are shipping delays, but you don’t get any. I also purchased the worry free shipping and it doesn’t look like they’re going to honour that for the one dress that was fulfilled but not received as they are currently ignoring me and this is the most expensive item in my order at $100. This company is a scam. Do not order from them.

Good “support”

I was so excited to receive my order, but unfortunately it didn’t fit when it arrived. Customer service was easy to work with and very supportive in guiding my exchange. I will recommend Popilush to all my gal pals; great product and good “support”.

The WORST OF THE WORST scam company

The WORST OF THE WORST scam company. DO NOT ORDER from them. They are laughing at all of us that have that try to return items. They didn’t sent me an order number or confirmation of order. There is nothing in the package to refer to, no paper w order info. I had to email them back and forth 5 times over many days to try to get a return label. Their system online doesn’t work to get one, and I believe this is by design to try to get your return to push past the 30 day window. All of the emails had a ridiculous number of days to get a response. Again, by design to push you past the 30 days. Offering discounts if you exchange or keep items. So I put everything in writing in emails, took photos and video of each piece packed and put in the return bag, took photos of the return label, emailed them the return label Information, which it says somewhere you have to do. All of these little things noted, I believe, are so they can point to a reason to not issue a refund. I also checked to see when they received the item. The refund issue time frame is noted as different times in different spots, but it’s been almost two weeks at this point so I did report to the Federal Trade Commission, and to my credit card company to get a refund. I will now leave more reviews and will go to Consumer Protection Agency, and BBB. And I will pay more attention to looking up reviews before purchasing. Terrible, terrible. I’m not sure how it will work with FTC and CPA but this company should be shut down. I’m

Happy to charge their customer but wont pay a reliable shipping company

Terrible experience with their shipping company and their own customer service. Best of luck receiving your package and when you don’t, have a great time trying to get in touch with someone who will help you. Despite charging a pretty penny for their products, they are too cheap to utilize a reliable and reputable shipping company. Instead, they utilize UniUni shipping. Give them a google and see how satisfied their customers are.

Poor customer experience with Return

I have purchased a few products from this company. I have loved the products that I purchased. Luckily, I did not have to return anything until I had to! I emailed requesting return instructions and a label. 3-4 emails back and forth offering me a gift card, saying I did not have to return the item. They also offered me to return the item with a 50% refund and to exchange the item for something of equal value. Each time I responded with a polite request for return instructions and a return label. As of today, no return label or instructions. I am stuck with the unwanted item and no refund! I will never buy from Popilush again!

I really like popilush clothing I have…

Exchange/Return Process Very Troublesome

I ordered a few items that did not fit, so I sent an email requesting an exchange/return. For some reason you will not accept my original items that don't fit. Only one of those 3 exchange items has been sent, so far, in the larger size. Unfortunately it was labeled wrong and is the same exact size as the smaller item I originally ordered. So now I have multiple, useless items!!

At first things seemed fine

At first things seemed fine. They where gonna exchange my two clothes in a smaller size. I did not have to send back the other clothes.
One of the items where sold out. Online it was not sold out.
I recieved one item in correct size, but had to find a different instead of the one which was «sold out». All of a sudden they mailed me that they shipped the same clothes as originally (wrong size!) Now they want the clothes back since the exchange is in another item. It’s not my fault they where sold out and they had already agreed to ship and we had an agreement.
They want pictures of the plastic bag the clothes arrived in - it was in April. Tomorrow is August… I don’t have it naturally after such long time.
It almost seems like there is a computer running the customer care. I get different answers from the customer agents every time.
Long story made short. There has now been 40 emails back and forth. I have never experienced such poor customer care ever before.

After their replay here on Trustpilot, they send me a shipping update once again on the two same items (too big size) as the first time. I give up…
