This company is a scam. I never received my order and they continue to lie about it being delivered. I asked multiple times for some evidence that it was delivered as I never received it but they refuse to provide any photo of where the package was supposedly left, and have stopped replying to my emails.

Material is very strong and sturdy needed a new size without hesitation. They came to the rescue.Very easy to work with with exchanged for a new size love this company

They make the return extremely difficult, I been trying to return an item and they keep emailing optima to keep for a discount or exchange only and ignore the fact that all I need is a return label, horrible service.

Terrible customer service. Took them 3 weeks to have the dress I ordered leave their warehouse! No updates on order status and responses to my email complaints consisted of them saying they’re working on it and will send as soon as possible (which they did not do) took 8 weeks to receive my dress, the party I bought it for had been and gone so the dress has sat in my wardrobe ever since! Avoid!

The size I ordered ended up being too small for me. Customer Service jumped right one it, even though I delayed the request for exchange for bigger size, they still helped me!

Popilush won't allow me to exchange my swimsuit and has been extremely rude with me in our message exchanges, posting screenshots with no explanation and not answering my questions.
I purchased a mystery box and verified before purchase that I could return it, since I didn't know what would even be it, and often have trouble with swimsuit sizes. There was no messaging about final sale anywhere - I scoured the site. Now they are saying it is final sale and posting screenshots that I assume they just added because mystery boxes (in their own words) are brand new. I offered to do an exchange just so this wouldn't be a total loss and they just keep responding with screenshots or messaging from the stie saying final sale - no communication about my particular issue.

Quality is great. It definitely Snatches me in and feels comfortable.

My experience with Popilush has been extremely disappointing. It has now been over a month since placing my order, and I still have not received the dress. The item was purchased for a specific event, and had the website clearly disclosed that shipping timeframes could exceed a month, I would not have proceeded with the purchase.

Communication throughout the process has been vague, with no clear or reliable delivery timeframe provided despite multiple enquiries. As a customer, the lack of transparency regarding shipping expectations has been very frustrating.

What prompted me to leave this review was receiving an automated email asking me to review the dress before it has even arrived. Requesting product feedback from customers who have not yet received their order reflects poorly on the overall customer experience and quality of service.

I understand that international shipping delays can occur; however, clear communication and accurate expectations are essential. Unfortunately, this experience has fallen well short of what I would expect from an established online retailer.

At this stage, I have requested a full refund and will be returning the item if and when it eventually arrives.

I am trying to return some items from Popilush and have zero response form the company. There is a 30 day window for returns, and they have not sent me a return label yet. It's been a week. If you read Reddit, there are 100s of people complaining about returns. I can tell I'm getting ripped off and it is upsetting. I work hard for my money and this company is stealing from people.

I recently ordered from Popilush & overall I've had a positive experience. The quality and shaping effect of the pieces are impressive and the items looked very flattering on. Customer service was also very responsive and helpful when I reached out about sizing and exchange options. The whole process ha been easy so far. I appreciate that they offer flexible solutions for exchange and returns.

The ordering was simple, free shipping over a reasonable order price and I appreciate the easy return/exchange process as not everything fits like another product size. Super flattering bathing suit with an adjustable cover skirt, gives support and helps pull my tummy in and look snatched! Responses from customer service were timely and addressed my concerns.

These silicone contour minimizer bras are perfect for me as I'm older and lost a lot of weight. But I had to opt for a larger size as the bands run smaller than I usually wear. Customer service quick and has different options for return or exchange.

Quality items, excellent customer service and quick ship times. Sizing can be inconsistent across items but they make it super easy to exchange and return.
