3 Weeks and Still Haven't Sent My Order

It's been 3 weeks since I paid for my order (24th September) and it STILL hasn't shipped! This company is a scam through and through... The only place they respond to issues is on TrustPilot in order to look like they're sorting things out, but in truth, they'll take your money, and then fail to respond or send the things you've paid them in good faith for... I've had to lodge a Paypal Dispute to get a response from them, even though I paid for their "Worry Free Purchase Protection" which is also a scam by the way, because Popilush will do everything they can to worm their way out of returning your hard earned money!

0 customer service.. the dress I bought is not true to size so I need to exchange it for a different size. There were no return or exchange instruction in the packaging that it came in. So I attempted to contact their customer service.. if you email them, you get an auto generated response that says they will contact you within 48 hours with return or exchange instructions.. three weeks and 17 emails I still have not gotten the exchange or return instructions.. I received 17 of the exact same auto generated emails. When you call the customer service phone number no one ever answers and you’re always directed to the same person‘s voicemail. Which appears to be the owner so I’m assuming that they don’t have an actual customer service department. If you fill out the contact form on their website, you will again get the same automated response.
I have subsequently mailed the dress back to the original shipping address with a letter inside requesting a refund. I have also contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. In reading the reviews now on Reddit seems that this is an ongoing problem with this company. FYI, they tell you that the clothing is true to size it isn’t…
10/13 response from from company is a joke .. 3 weeks emailing them and calling them did nothing .. I had to file dispute with credit card company .. they refused to supply directions or shipping label for return .. I had to mail it back to return address on package .. they already have it back .. they need to stop lying , all the replies to complaints are exactly the same . Because they refuse to honor exchange policy I have no dress for a wedding this week.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Can't rate something I never received. 2-5 day shipping, a lie. Customer service, none existed. You have to email, and then recieve an automated email that says they'll reach out to you but they never do.

I have reached out now about 7-8 times…

I have reached out now about 7-8 times requesting a refund. I’ve had one response offering me a gift card instead and to let me know what I preferred. I declined and have not heard back after several other attempts of requesting a return label. It’s been very frustrating and I will no longer be purchasing from this company.

Their return policy appears to be false

The company advertises an easy return policy. However, I have not been able to get them to authorize a return for over a month. They will not respond to email and a couple times they have they simply offer a gift card. Their return policy that is advertised is actually false. I would not buy anything from this brand

I'll never order again

I had a terrible experience with Popilush. I paid for express shipping, but my order didn’t even ship on time. It took them three weeks to reply to my email, and instead of refunding the express fee they tried to push a gift card on me. On top of that, one of my items was out of stock after I had already paid. Completely unprofessional, slow customer service, and misleading about shipping. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.

FAKE Return policy - Will not supply return label

The bag arrived ripped. None of the clothes fit be right. I'm tall and always looking out for new brands they may have a great fit for me. I've been emailing them for over a week for a return label. They continue to offer me exchanges or gift cards. I've called, I've sent many emails, and no one will respond.

Watch out for false advertising

I had to work hard just to figure out how to even leave a review, but I went out of my way because I want to warn other people. It doesn’t surprise me that they make it difficult to leave reviews—probably because they’d get a lot of negative ones.

I thought their products were really expensive, but I saw a leather jacket and dress set on their website and decided to give it a try because I love leather. The listing said right on the page that it was a jacket and dress set. When my order arrived, I was shocked to find out it was only a jacket.

I emailed customer service, and not only did they take forever to respond, but when they finally did, they just told me I had only purchased a jacket. I explained that nowhere in the description did it say just a jacket, and all the photos and wording made it clear it was a set. I told them this felt like false advertising and asked either to return the jacket or receive the missing dress—but they never even responded. Not even an apology!!

If you buy from this website, be very careful about what you order. Their descriptions are misleading, their customer service is terrible, and they don’t take accountability. They didn’t apologize, they took forever to reply, and then completely ignored me. Definitely not worth it!

Bad Customer Service experience Again!

Once again, I’ve had a terrible time getting a response from customer service. I noticed immediately after placing my order that the wrong item was ordered,so I contacted customer service right away to cancel the order. This was on a Thursday night. My credit card was immediately charged. On Monday, September 22, I received an e-mail asking which item was wrong. Haven’t heard from them since although I tried to get in touch with them several times to get a status. Also received an e-mail that my order was shipped. What?! I’ve had a bad experience before, which they did eventually correct, and have had orders that delivered quickly, but if they can’t get their customer service together, I won’t be ordering again. Do better Popilush! UPDATE: STILL NO RESPONSE. AI Generated response below. Will be following up with the Better Business Bureau. This company should not be allowed to operate with this type of customer service!

This company is corrupt

This company is corrupt.
I ordered a size large which was clearly in my confirmation email.
They shipped me an XL which was too big.
When I asked them to rectify that they asked me to send them a picture of the item received and order. So I emailed that to them … which clearly showed L!
They sent me back a very impersonal response with just an auto wording and a picture of their shipping sheet showing XL circled as shipped!
Somehow they feel that because they shipped XL the order is correct.
What they sent me was absolutely not correct and did not match what was ordered..
absolutely disgusting that they take customers money and refuse to rectify THEIR SHIPPING ERROR!

Company responded that they will deal with the situation right away.... HOWEVER.. I have yet to hear anything from them. There has been no attempt to rectify the issue of their shipping error.

Buyer Beware - Used products and refund headaches

Edit: Amazing they have staff to reply within hours to negative trustpilot reviews, but can't reply to customer service emails.

I have purchased Popilush items both from Amazon and directly from their website. If you're going to buy, I strongly recommend you do so through Amazon because returning will be easier.

The reviews that say their products are high quality are true...The bodysuits and skirts I've purchased I actually love.

Unfortunately, this company is shady AF and I will not be buying from them again. Most recently, I purchased a bodysuit through Amazon - what I received was clearly used. Eww, but ok...I returned to Amazon and got a refund. I sent Popilush Customer service an email thinking they'd want to know that Amazon was distributing used undergarments under their brand. Nope...they didn't care at all.
I ordered the next item through their website thinking that would save me from getting a used garment, but nope. I received another thong bodysuit covered with another woman's skin, bodyfluids, lotion/deodorant marks. GROSSSSS.

Sent an email requesting a return, clearly outlining which item and what the issue was. They responded back "Oh, sorry you had a problem, was it this item?" Playing games, stall tactics. Huge red flag. I've called, I've emailed. I cannot get them to respond.

I finally went through my bank and i'm disputing the charge with them. Very disappointing because if you do get the right size and an actual, new garment, their products are good - but not worth the headache of dealing with a company that gives zero care to good customer service.

Do not buy… Buyer beware exclamation exclamation I have written these people eight times for a refund they play games. They don't answer when they do answer they offer you 50% refund they offer you gift cards. I have asked them eight times literally to give me a 100% refund back to my credit card as they state on their site that they give refunds back they don't they play games. I have been fighting for over two months with them

After two months, they have the nerve to write me again this evening, telling me how sorry they are for the delay in the refund really it takes two months to refund somebody the money back. It's really funny though on their site they grabbed the money straight out of your credit card within seconds when you order… They are not loyal. They are not honest do not order. I will never ever order one item from them again you have to jump through hoops and all they try to do is exhaust you so that you don't ask for the refund back but what's funny as they get their item back though they get to resell it again and they get to keep my money. They are disgraceful. The Better Business Bureau is going to also be alerted as well as the Atty's general office my husband just happens to be an attorney here in Florida. Good luck Pop lush you bunch of thieves.

Return policy is false

Return policy is false. I’ll give two stars because the quality of the dress is nice. They state on the website they will send you a return label for $9.00. They will not. Each time you go back and forth with the customer service they will offer gift cards, 50% back, more merchandise, etc. - everything but what they state on the site. From my experience they simply do not do returns. Thank goodness I only ordered one size and not multiple sizes - so I am out the cost of just one item - $130. Live and learn on these type of sites.

Do not buy from this company!

Do not buy from this company!! They never sell my product and when I contacted them, they said it was because they were out of stock and they would refund me. This was almost two weeks and they still have not refunded my money. When I call all I get is leave a message and nobody ever gets back to. You get a standard email response with no solution.

Nothing special as they claim

No different to the non wire bras on ttiktok. I ordered from the UK and two bras cost me £50. The hype is not authentic. There is nothing special about these bras. They do no offer any suggested support show in other people's videos. Take the advice if you are not in the US, i was the guinea-pig stupid enough to fall for the advertising and ordered them. I would not recommend to anyone.

Refund Still Not Received — Very Disappointing

I ordered three swimsuits from Popilush on July 17th with a promised shipping window of 2–5 business days. The order did not arrive in time, so I returned everything. Popilush received my return on August 29th, yet weeks later I still have not received my refund.

Their policy states refunds are processed within 3–7 business days, but I’ve had no refund and no meaningful communication despite multiple emails.

At this point, I’ve had to open a dispute with my bank to recover my money. This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I cannot recommend ordering from Popilush: delayed shipping, poor communication, and failure to issue refunds.

Update 9/13/25:
Thank you for responding publicly to my review, but unfortunately, nothing has changed. Despite your apology, I have still not received any reply to my direct emails, nor have I received my refund. The ongoing silence and lack of action are unacceptable.

I will continue to update this review until my refund is issued in full to my original payment method. Once that happens, I will gladly update the review to reflect that resolution. My order # is 876652

If only I could leave negative stars

If only I could leave negative stars! They’re getting 1 star because it’s the lowest I can leave.
I initially purchased a bra from Popilush through Amazon. I liked it & kept seeing this dress advertised so decided to place an order. I ordered 2 dresses, one was an athletic dress & the other a cowl neck dress, a surprise box at $30 & 2 different boxes for $10 each.

The athletic dress arrived first. It was covered in white nastiness all over between the legs & butt of the shorts attached to it. It was nasty! I immediately contacted them & was told I can only do 1 return or exchange per order so I should wait until the rest of the order arrived. Well that took another week to even ship. It finally arrived 2 weeks later & the dress I really wanted was way small according to their own measurements online. I even sized up & it runs very small.

I contacted them, I was told the dress was still in stock & I could reorder it if I agreed to a gift card. So I accepted a gift card & placed the order.

I ordered a swimsuit that says “set” instead of the athletic dress I originally ordered. The black cowl neck dress I accepted the gift card for & added on the surprise boxes since there was nothing else I wanted. I should say the surprise boxes… don’t waste your money unless you want the same thing over & over. All they do is offer you a $10 coupon!! I don’t want a coupon I want my order or my money!

They still have failed to ship the dress I wanted, it is out of stock they claim. I went to the site & was able to order 5 of the same dress yet they claim they don’t have it. So they’re scamming people.

Then the swimsuit, they said “even though it says set it’s really only one piece” IT SAYS SET!! They admit it says set! They claim they can’t send the rest of it!!! Fraudulent website! False advertising!

The $30 surprise is a basic bodysuit, not the cute ones! Plain & basic with long sleeves… I don’t wear long sleeves it’s too hot in Florida. The $10 surprise is a beige stretchy cheap bra. Not like the bra I liked from Amazon. It’s a nylon & polyester stretchy great grandma looking thing… despite ordering different options for the $10 box, I now have 3 of the same ugly bra. The different options are a lie too. All 3 were the exact same item!

I still don’t have the bottoms to the suit or the dress I wanted. They still kept my money & can’t figure out how to fix my order!! 😡

If you saw the pictures of the athletic dress they sent me, you’d be sick! It’s gross! I also had to hang onto that gross item until they shipped the rest of the first order cause only 1 return allowed per order.

At this time I have placed 2 orders, each over $150 & have nothing to show for it! All these incompetent people want to do is send me a $10 coupon! They can fold it up & stick it someplace else! All I want is my COMPLETE order or my money back!!!

CAUTION, DO NOT accept a gift card from these people! They’ll give you a higher amount than you paid but they won’t actually ship it & then you’re stuck. Definitely decline the gift card & demand your money returned. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Oh yeah, you can email them but it takes 3 days for a reply which is just… “sorry we will give you $10” 🤯 never once have they done anything they claimed they would. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
