I love love how they turned out for my girls trip can't wait to see there faces Will buy again will attach pictures after my trip. So excited!!!!

I am soo happy with the quality, fast service and customer service. I had placed an order and didn't realize I created a character for a child. I emailed them back letting them know I'd like to change my option to the "woman" option and the response was faster than the 24hr window given. I was able to re-order and STILL receive my discount. I LOVE the towel! It looks just like it did when I created it. I can't wait to give this to my daughter for her birthday!

We loved our towels that we created for family to take on a trip to Mexico. We are planning to do more. When I expressed concern about some of the characters or not being able to put some information on my towels for the kids - the response was to let them know when we are ready to process and they will work to get them updated before printing. I am sooooo excited to get new towels for out Christmas trip to Dominican. These towels are so great to make sure we are not sharing, and everyone knows which one is theirs. We always need beach towels on our Beach trips. We can never have too many! They are great for memories!!!

The towels I received were good quality and turned out great. The site was easy to use. I had one little issue with one towel which had a slight imperfection. I contacted Popmoji and they responded right away and replaced it. I ordered 9 towels for gifts. They arrived very quickly. Would highly recommend the towels!

This adorable company is just so excellent and professional to deal with! First and foremost their products, a personalized beach towel in my case, are well made and so cute! I had an issue with delivery because of a hurricane and Tiffany immediately rerouted my packed to the address where I had evacuated to - the trouble she went through for me was truly impressive. I highly recommend this company!

I stumbled across this company on a Facebook ad with their beach towels. And I was pleasantly surprised how awesome they have come out. I got one for my sister for her birthday and she loved it and now she wants matching ones with her friends. I got one for my niece for Christmas that is a mermaid style personalized towel and I can't wait to give it to her! She's going to be so excited to have a towel that is just for her. Definitely planning to continue to use this company it again to buy for other people. They are timely, responsive, and have good products!

My experience with this company was EXCELLENT! you get kind of nervous when you order off of Instagram and you wonder about the service, but this has been a good experience. I ordered one towel and for some reason I forgot to change the eyes from blue, to brown, I have brown eyes. So, I thought, Oh well I am just going to order another one with the correct eye color. Not going on VACAY with the wrong color eyes (wink) BUT then when I corrected it I forgot to put the the tropical drink in my hand like the original, this time I did a wine glass. OKAY SO!!! I know, I know in the scope of life not a priority... I was going to leave it, but said, "Well let me just ask" they were so nice. The person who contacted me asked if I could send him a print screen of what I needed changed...and he changed it. Now, I can't say they can do that every time. I realized it right away...like with in minutes of me hitting send. I honestly wasn't thinking they would change it but they did. The first one I got with the blue eyes is still super cute...so I can't wait until I get the brown eye' d one and Cabo here I come!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I made a mistake on my order with eye color. I emailed them they got back to me within less then 24 hours and helped me change the eye color. I am pleased we how fast they responded and helped me. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Very happy with my purchase for my daughter and I, the towels are very unique and super cute! Upon receiving my towels I noticed a line in one of them and contacted customer service, which was very quick to respond. She ask me to wash the towel and if this didn't solve my issue to please let her know. After two washes it solved the issue. I am so pleased with the quality and uniqueness that I just purchased another one for my best friend!
