I absolutely loved creating my Popmoji. They are so adorable! 😍 I sent the link to 5 of my girlfriends and we each created our Popmoji for "Beach Day". I'm anxiously awaiting it's arrival. I even reached out to customer service to see if they could expedite and upgrade. I was very happy with the timely response and how they answered my concerns. I will definitely buy from them again. 🤩

Customer Service is beyond reproach!! I changed my mind on an order 46772 regarding a personal message after it had reached fulfillment. CSR responded to me in less than 24hrs and was still generous enough to offer me a 30% off promocode on another order of which you already get the great free shipping if using the shop app. We are in love with the towels from start to finish…having great customer service along with a great product is icing on the cake!! I’m a review writing junkie so of course here I am! I highly recommend!

I am so pleased with the customer service you have given me. I have just ordered and was sent an email from you that my address was somehow not showing up. Thanks popmoji for working with me and my order it has almost been six months but we have been working out my order some of the order my mistake and some popmoji, but whatever the case we are getting my order together and I anticipate on receiving my item. Two of my towels were never delivered #41681. I emailed Customer Care, explained what happened and they promptly re-ordered the two missing towels so I would have them in time of my event! Love these towels!

I noticed that I'd accidentally placed a facial feature in the wrong spot. I sent an email, and the team immediately made the correction and sent a revision. THEN I noticed that I had selected the wrong eye color. They corrected that as well. The towel arrived today and it's great. I can't wait for my trip!

These towels are so awesome! I just ordered my 4th one, the people I have given them too as gifts are thrilled!

I accidentally ordered blue eyes instead of green and I reached out to customer service and they fixed my towel before it shipped! Great coustomer service! This is my second towel and they are so Adorable!! I will be sporting it with a group of 5 who also got their towels at our upcoming beach trip!

When my order arrived, the towels for my grand daughters were perfect and so cute.
When my towel unfolded, there was a white streak. I took a picture and sent an email. Within 24 hours they are supposed to be printing me a new towel...can't wait to get it!

I order my 5 beach towel on 7/5/21 and received the items on 7/17/21. I can say I was extremely pleased with the glitter effect towels. I will definitely order from Popmoji again, they make awesome gifts!!!

Popmoji is the best gift I have given to my traveling team...I love to give a gift on all my trips and the girls love this one best. I recently added my two daughters and granddaughter to our last trip and gifted them towels also and they say they feel special because they know how much the gift giving means to me. They arrived quickly and are perfectly matched to each lady/girl. I will be ordering again soon.

I just wanted to thank you again for being AMAZING! There are 4 of us going on a cruise ( hopefully ) and we all ordered personalized beach towels! Some of us even wanted to change things up AFTER we hit send and you graciously did it - FREE! No extra charge. I’m still amazed that someone was available to email and answer questions so quickly. I haven’t received My beach towel yet, but I know I’m going to love it. I will say, the customer service response is excellent. I’m heading to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores Alabama soon and I can’t wait to use it on the beach. Everyone is going to love it and want one. I can't wait to share where I got my beach towel from.

I have now ordered 5 towels and received 4 so far. i have given 3 out as gifts (and the 5th one once it gets here). They are loved by all that have received them!

I have just ordered three towels. After looking at pics I decided to change my order from medium to large. When I contacted them through email I received a response almost immediately. So far my experience with Popmoji has been terrific. Of course, my order was just placed, I haven't gotten the finished product so expect to hear more from me about this company at a later date, but so far I am impressed!!

I wasn’t sure how to create the colors she liked. So when I realized I left that part out I emailed the company and ask them to do it. I gave them the colors she liked wow 😯 they sent me a picture for approval it was beautiful. And of course was sent right away it arrived the 13th her birthday is the 17th. I am so happy! Love this company.

I ordered some popmoji towels for a 60th Birthday. And I guessed they arrived. All the other ones came.i could not find the ones I ordered months before. Long story short. They were looking and sent me all my order updates delivery updates. My sister had them. And it alm worked out. But without them showing me the way I would of been lost. Thank you!
