I was very pleased with a customer service that I received in the responses that came very quickly after I emailed them. My towels did find their way to my forwarded address in Scottsdale. They were very concerned and helpful when I contacted them. I would highly recommend them to anyone the products that came the three towels are great.

Customer service was amazing very quick to respond and very delightful to work with... loved my towel so much so that I ordered another one for my dad's father's day gift... thank you Carla Hughes for all your help and support ❤

Customer service is excellent! I was checking my order and noticed I had spelled the name wrong on my towel. I emailed the company in hopes to correct it before it was shipped. Marvin contacted me immediately and was able to correct my mistake. I was surprised how quick and responsive this company is. I can not wait to get my towels.

I was a little worried that having a personalized towel would be a cheap quality but I was so wrong. The towel is velvet soft on the front and almost as soft on the back. It was made exactly like I designed. I cannot express how perfect it was for me. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!❤️❤️❤️

I ordered 4 towels for a girls trip to Florida. I absolutely love the towels, however 1 towel the name was extremely hard to read. After reaching out to customer service, they were prompt with their replies and definitely concerned with the item. They went above and beyond my expectations with communication with me explaining the problem and will be replacing the towel. This makes me extremely happy!!! Definitely a thumbs up on how they handled everything for me. Thank you ☺️

WOW ... this is one impressive company when it comes to customer service and care. Immediate response to an email regarding an on-line issue I was having while trying to place an order. The problem was quickly fixed and my order was placed. Can't wait to get the personalized "hot tub" towels I ordered for an upcoming girls' week out. If the design people are half as caring as the customer service rep, it will be a totally awesome experience. Thanks for customer service that is second to none!

Love the quality of the product and the customer service is outstanding. I bought the wrong case for my granddaughter’s birthday and was so upset. I reached out to customer service to see what their return policy is and unfortunately because it’s personalized it’s non returnable. Sad face right... absolutely not they were so helpful and understanding that they sent me a coupon in order to order the right phone case!!! Now that’s customer service! I would give this a ten star if I was able to!

Great Customer service and very quick to respond to emails....my package was lost during delivery and popmoji made sure that it was replaced!!!! I wanted it in time for my trip and they made sure of it!! Thanks and I will be ordering again soon!!

This is my 3rd order from Popmoji and I love the customer service! The products are cute but the service really makes this worth it. The first time, DHL lost my order, they replaced it immediately. Second order - they rushed the order so we had the towels in time. And this time, I made a mistake on my order, Marvin was real quick to correct it and make it the way I wanted it, even though it was my mistake! You don’t find service like that, much anymore. I highly recommend them.

I haven’t received my order yet, but I had a couple of issues and they were awesome at fixing them right away. The customer service is excellent. I am looking forward to getting my towels and I know if I have any issues that they would be willing to help me solve it thank you for being so helpful.

I haven’t received my order yet but the customer service has been A+!! I accidentally made a mistake on my order and I emailed them before I went to bed asking for help. I mostly expected that it would not get done since it was a general email box BUT not only did I have a response when I woke up the next day BUT they had fixed my mistake!!!! No one offers customer service response like that!!!

I was skeptical at first because I’ve ordered from ads only to be very disappointed either in the quality or the ship time. After reading these reviews, I decided to give it a shot. I couldn’t be more pleased!! The quality was amazing and the ship time was fast- I’d say about a week to 10 days, which I think is excellent for a personalized product! After seeing my first towel, I’ve ordered two more since, with plans for more in the future. Also, I had a question and emailed the company. The reply was very quick and my question was answered. Kudos to your product and customer service!

I ordered 4 beachtowels for my grandkids ,one got lost or stolen ..These sweet people are willing to replace it, The towels we got are perfect,I will be buying more!!

So excited about my order and the help I received from customer service when I made an error on one of my towels. My girlfriend group going on vacation this summer are going to love them!
