Ordered a pair of kids shoes on the 23rd December they arrived the next day as promised but unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size. I called the store who was happy to help and long story short I got my correct order the following day which was Christmas eve. I would definitely order from here again

Brilliantly speedy delivery even though it was Christmas & only used standard delivery service. Text msg from delivery company offering option to deliver to local post office if I wasn't home meant I didn't have to wait in. Giant giraffe was good quality & price was about right.

I ordered two products as Christmas presents for my niece. I received one of the products extremely swiftly and according to the paperwork within the package my second purchase would follow at a later date. The Monday of Christmas week I still had not received what I was waiting for so I phoned the company. At that point I was told that the product was out of stock so I clearly would not be receiving it. A real let down.

Ordered a toy dog delivered quickly no problems 5 stars

The skirt I purchased had the label printed on the inside of the front of the skirt. A small point I know but it was expensive so a little thing like that is really annoying. Also the Bob and blossom gift box it came in was filthy and dirtied my dress when I was opening it which further added to my annoyance.

Lovely light, had been struggling to find the less common initials in the shops so was delighted to find it available here. Delivery was very quick and the item was well-packaged, very happy!

To be fair most of the problems were down to parcel force. However they don't send a confirmation of dispatch so you have no idea when the goods will arrive initially.

We then rearranged delivery on another date, waited in all day and it didn't arrive. They also attempted a delivery on a couple of different days without giving any notice.

I was a little hesitant to order from overseas, but my experience with them ensures that I will be back. Wonderful toys, and a great experience.

Two weeks after placing my order I was still waiting for it to arrive, after making inquires to the company I was informed the product was out of stock . I asked for a refund which was given abet after four days and another phone call.
