Lovely products and exceptional customer service.
This is essentially a two part review; namely, the actual product and the customer service. Dealing firstly with the products; we ordered a range of items and all are stunning. The packaging is really nice and the various products smell and feel fantastic. Everything gives a very luxurious impression and the quality is obvious. Leading on to the customer service. The company is relatively small and run by the owners and this really shows; their response to questions is super fast and unbelievably helpful. In my case I asked for an order update and within a very short time I had a substantive response telling me that the courier was due to collect that day and deliver the next. This was ammended soon after as Mark had chased the courier again to find that they (Evri) despite being paid for next day delivery could not actually guarantee that such would be the case. We were going on holiday the day after the intended delivery and so Mark and Brittany retrieved the parcel from the pick-up point and delivered it by hand that same evening. This was exceptional service and very much appreciated. I love dealing with professionals and this was a brilliant example of the efforts that people will make to ensure their business is a success. Thanks again; we will certainly be re-ordering in the future.
