Return Policy not honored - Horrible customer service and communication
It could not be worse. I received an eyebrow pencil that is supposed to make feathery lines. The liquid product is dark and a very thick sloppy consistency. I reached out to the company to initiate a return and their AI response was to offer me $2, then $4, repeatedly, telling me it would be "too expensive to ship to return". I have asked 7 times for the return address and they refuse to provide it.

Love love this hat!! Bought it for my daughter, but now I need to buy one for myself and in every color! It fits great and is we'll made. Very happy with this purchase and great price!

Very comfortable
Very comfortable, lightweight but I need to wear a nylon sock due to the texture of the shoe fabric. I needed to size down 1/2 my usual size.

I used them for the floating hats…
I used them for the floating hats decorations and they were super light and turned out very cute. Cheap but they did still fit my head and could be used to play with. Worked out well
