Love their products - the design of their food planners have really helped me to hit many goals this year I didn't think were possible. I haven't found anything as good anywhere else and will always shop here. Delivery is always fast too!

Ordered a food diary and meal planning inserts. All arrived very quickly! Love the product. One star deducted for price, as I do think it’s very expensive but I’m happy none the less.

Bought my partner one of their bottles, tried to clean it as it smelt horrendous after a few uses. Only used Luke warm water and it has deformed!! Contacted customer service and they replied saying there’s nothing they can do and they have sold thousands of them with no problems! Poor customer service! If it’s not a common problem surely they would investigate and replace it!

Princess Planning do amazing stationary and all sorts. There diary's and planners help keep me on track with loosing weight, and there lunch boxes and bottles are such good quality. Such a friendly small business who I love supporting

I’ve ordered from Princess planning a few times, I first ordered the pink marble SlimmingWorld weight loss bundle & have ordered a few refills, stickers, dividers, thermos milk bottle & more since.
There is such a great variety available not just for weight-loss/ food diaries.
The products are great quality & reasonably priced. I’ve never looked to switch to a different supplier as I’m happy with the service & products.

i purchased the blue heart of gold organiser and the pink and blue diary infills and i must say im utterly in love with my beautifully designed organiser!! its so pretty and bright and colourful i cant wait to carry her round with me also the paper and layout designs are super cute cant wait to keep filling her with more beautiful designs thank you princess planning for brightening my life up!!!

I recently made two orders with Princess Planning, both arriving the day after dispatch with both being dispatched either same day or the next day. Love the designs and happy with my purchase. Thank you.

Lovely products all good quality, the only thing for me is the delivery charges.

Paying £9 for paper items is quite excessive, especially when it took 4 days to arrive would expect under 48 for that price and it was a very light parcel wouldn’t have cost £9 to post out.

Just wanted to clarify something

I’ve read the two bad reviews and i’m Very disappointed with the way people have treated the owner of Princess Planning. She wouldn’t of sent a horrible message to that lady at all. Personally I think the lady who wrote that bad review is just looking for sympathy and overreacting

To the other woman who slated Princess Planning for being poor quality. Excuse me, I think you need to get up off your high horse and think before you speak

My second time ordering from princess planning, I absolutely love this website. Problem is choosing what style planner insert to buy! I have been buying the 12 week diary inserts and they are so lovely made. They come packaged nicely and really quick delivery, I ordered on Sunday evening and had my planner Tuesday morning. Great value for money as well! Keep up the good work

I absolutely love this Small Business! Charlotte and her business has helped me throughout my weight loss journeys. Yes I have grained it all back on but i have my fresh new organiser and its helped so much with getting me back on track. Not just that, providing lunch bags for those who may struggle when eating out. Just makes it a lot more easier! Honestly can not fault this website! She never fails me.Thank you Charlotte xx

Absolutely love the products, great value for money and incredible customer service!

Poor quality products! I bought one of the Organisers for over £45 and it was not worth a single penny, the paper was like tracing paper so thin and the pages were poorly made (black and white and so blank) I would not recommend at all. there are so many other real small family businesses out there that deserve more attention. I've used Fox & Moon and Fabulous Planning and theyre much better value for money and actually nice small family business

I feel bad for not looking at reviews sooner clearly im not the only one who thins its bad value for money. I understand why princess doesnt ask people to review her properly now

Expensive for what it is. Feel a little let down. The delivery was relatively fast but I won't be returning as the products I received are cheaply made.

Terrible service. I ordered and still havent received the products. Good luck getting your money back! Put a report in on PayPal and frauduently provided in correct tracking! Disgusting will be shopping in to trading standards BEWARE!!! She even messaged me telling me to 'f off you tramp' disgusting!
