I made a purchase for my MacBook Pro over a year and half ago and today after a software update my MS apps won't allow to edit and asked to contact admin. I sent an email to their support team at late night and I received a prompt response that fixed it all. Amazing Shawn was a hero of the hour - highly recommend this company as after sales service is super swift and amazing too.

The product key I recieved did not work. I am in communication with your service but now my windows is blocking me from using any key but what they sell directly.. which is bad.. I want my money back as it is wasted. Also the service techs are very slow at responding.
