There’s so much choice when ordering on Google I checked this firm out pre hand because have been ripped off on a Google site before also rang them and was impressed by there phone Manner.ordered a expensive item which was shipped next day at no extra cost . It was packed professionally and arrived just as advertised can only say well done nice people to do business with many thanks again

You know that feeling when you think you may have been scammed? I never expected buying a very expensive outboard from a reputable dealer would feel so much like that. V poor customer service, failure to return voicemails or answer emails or provide delivery tracking resulted in that sinking feeling. Fortunately the courier came to the rescue with information.
Since writing the above, the company have investigated and we have reached a speedy and fair compromise. Having read previous reviews this appears to have been an isolated incident brought about by a combination of events. These things happen in even the best run businesses. Don't let my initial experience put you off as the follow up was excellent.

Fast delivery and well packaged and very pleased with the outboard
