We are so pleased we asked Keith to have a look at my dads boiler, which was nearly 30 years old, my dad had previously had someone from a different company service it, and it became faulty the next day !!! We rang Keith , who very kindly offered to come that night and he fixed my dads boiler which made my 81 year old dad very happy.
My dad decided to have a new boiler and Keith sorted this all out within a week, Keith was caring and compassionate with my dad Excellent tradesmen are hard to come by, but Keith is definitely one of those tradesmen.
He was clean, tidy and went through the new thermostat which my dad loves as it's a Hive system. Nothing was too much trouble for Keith, we would highly recommend him, and thank him once again for everything he did to make sure my dad had heating and hot water at such short notice.

PRS plumbing has been very helpful in assisting in resolving some of our urgent heating problems in several of our properties over the winter period. Paul and his team ensure someone is on site really quickly and keeps me informed about the next steps in case the engineer isn't able to rectify the fault on the spot. The team will go the extra mile to ensure parts are sourced at the earliest possible opportunity.

Old boiler gave up the ghost prior to Christmas, Keith came and got it to work so I had heating and water.
He came after Christmas and fitted a new combi boiler and the whole job was completed in two days with the minimum of fuss.Keith was very professional and tidy worker.

My boiler decided to give up right before Christmas, and cash was very tight. We contacted a few local Boiler companies and got a few quotes! PRS from start to finish were amazing! From the surveyor, who came over, looked over our system and advised us what the best option would be. Ben, our installer was fantastic! He contacted us when he was on his way, and was very knowledgable! He was polite, clean and tidy, and left our home how he found it, except with a New Boiler with 10 year guarantee! 😁😁
Would highly recommend, and will be telling my friends and family about their service!

We had PRS replace our Boiler just before Christmas.
The whole experience from the initial contact to book the appointment, to the extremely knowledgeable and helpful Surveyor who attended our house to discuss our requirements and quote on the work, to the very polite engineer who installed the new boiler and altered the existing pipework and installed the new pipework neatly and exactly as we requested and discussed with the Surveyor at the time he quoted.

As he promised, No hidden extras or confusion on what was expected.

Totally stress free from start to finish.

From the moment I picked up the phone until they finished the job I had a great experience from them. Will suggest them to anyone that needs their services.

After having my boiler break down recently, I contacted PRS and they were so prompt in their response. I had Alex come and carry out a survey the same day and he was very professional and honest. Once the boiler was fitted the after care from the team was also very good! Will definitely be recommending this company.

Inital quote was for a 30kw boiler they installed 25kw.
They said we accepted a digital quote which we never sore and we asked for a copy they sent a duplicate by recreating the order on there system which did not match. Within the first 2 weeks the boiler stopped working heat exchanger had to be replaced by bosch as installers did not want to know. I suspected they did not do the magacleanse clean that we paid for as they did not open all the valve on the radiators before flushing and also we did not see the flushing machine used. We questioned this and the MD got back to us to say this was done but still not sure think he was covering his ***. On the digital quote that we supposedly agreed this was not on the list to be done so why would they have done it. We started to take this further with Citizen advice but they have taken over 4 weeks to reply so we accepted the difference between 25kw and 30kw but decided to not question the flushing as we have not proof. They had converted our open vent system to combi, fit the new boiler and did a magaclense + vib clean flush in 1 day and a bit.
During all this I kept sending email which they kept loosing or did not receive but only on some ones I sent proof of there mistake. I had to switch to phoning because email response was being ignored even when I phone reception to say about email. I recommend that you record your phone calls because you will need proof wish I had.
Citizen advice did come back and said I did have a case against them and said I should take them to small claims but was too late as I agreed the difference. They have reported them to trading standards.

After calling this company in the morning, Patrick Warner was able to visit a few hours later, completed a survey for a new boiler and installation and gave me a quote within the hour after a professional, thorough and considerate appraisal of PRS plumbing solutions services, features of the relevant care package, warranty etc.
I look forward to posting about the installation hopefully happening next week.
