The surveyor arrived on time and quoted for the works as agreed. All work was carried out on the agreed day. I have to say the engineer was excellent and the installation all went as planned and he even cleaned up. My wife and I were shown how to use the new system, which was very easy.

Both my wife and I have already recommended, them to neighbours, Highly recommend this company.

Excellent service from start to finish.

Engineer came out to do a servicing. He noticed that the boiler exhaust needed repairs and left the site. Engineer also instructed what needed doing to fix the exhaust. I carried out the task according to his instruction. After his revisit, engineer then said it needed to be done differently. My whole experience with the company is to overcharge customer. I strongly do not recommend to use any services from this company. They don’t have enough engineers and I do not think that all of their engineers and customer service team are well qualified who understand customer’s expectations.

The surveyor visited and quoted for the works .Works carried out on agreed time table .The engineer was excellent in the installation and clearing up .He explained everything about the operation of the boiler and left with the installation working and fully complete.

Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I am very pleased with the new Valiant combi boiler recently installed and the workmen were excellent and tidied up after the installation and took the old boiler and parts away

Paul and his guys from PRS have just fitted our new central heating system after the original system of 30+ years finally gave up!!! Together they have done an amazing job. Very clean tidy and at all times very approachable and listened to our requirements. Absolutely over the moon with them and the new system. Highly recommend them for others and future projects 👍

Excellent service, from quote to execution. Got a new boiler with PRS, they were very transparent, efficient on the installation day and despite having to work around clumsy cabinetry to get to the boiler left it looking like nothing has happened. Recommend!

PRS fitted my new Viessmann Vitodens 100W (new 2021 model) combi boiler as a replacement for my 20 year old Vaillant, moving it along the wall, with new pipework plus installing a new flat panel vertical radiator. Paul was really helpful, answered all my questions and helped me decide on the best option (which was not the most expensive). Gary fitted the boiler and did most of the plumbing work although Paul also helped. Really neat, tidy pipework, no issues with their workmanship. So far the boiler has been great, so I can recommend both PRS and Veissmann.

I was converting from a traditional gravity fed system to a combi & had 5 quotes. PRS were the most expensive but I had a gut feeling that they were to be trusted. I was not disappointed. From start to finish the whole process went quickly & efficiently. Alex carried out a site survey within 2 days of my initial contact & the system was installed 2 weeks later, but could have been done the following week if I wanted it. The fitter, Keith, was highly professional, courteous & knowledgeable & left little mess. I am delighted with my new system & feel that the price was very fair. A pleasure to deal with this highly recommended company.

PRS attended to service my boiler and replace a bathroom radiator that was leaking.
Arrived on time, professional and tidy.

All round service excellent. Had new combi boiler fitted in the loft replacing an old back boiler. Got sameday quote from Alex after initial inspection. Really impressed with him and the knowledge, workmanship and efficiency of Gary who did the installation. Can't believe he could do all that work on his own in such a short time and to such quality. Will definitely use prs again for any other plumbing issues.

Friendly, professional and reliable
Keith installed our new boiler, helped with Tado smart thermostat installation as well as helped flush the radiators. He is friendly, professional and also a really good teacher as he patiently spent time explaining to us what needs to be done and how the plumbing systems at our house works.
Paul visited twice as well to do some plumbing work as part of this job. Again friendly and professiona. Overall would recommend PRS Plumbing solutions.
