PRS installed a replacement central heating boiler in our kitchen. The engineer, Gary, was efficient, tidy and very considerate. It wasn't a straight replacement, but the extra pipework is discreet, and where possible, pipes have been hidden. Can't recommend the company highly enough, and would definitely pass their name to anyone wanting plumbing work done.

Had a new boiler, Hive system and hot water tank fitted, all working great. kept everything nice and tidy and good quality install, also vert helpful when asked questions and new the answers. Would recommend to anyone.

Boiler installation was done professionally. From getting initial quote to turning up on time for appointments. We have had our servicing done annually by Paul ever since. Always polite, tidy and knowledgeable when we have questions. You can always trust this company to do a good job at competitive prices.

Responded very quickly and we had an engineer out within 24hrs on a Monday with a quote for a new boiler which was fitted on the Friday. The fitter was polite and efficient and left the house tidy. This company has been very professional, prompt, polite and very helpful.

Gary today fitted our new gas boiler, 4 days after Paul quoted for it. Paul acted in a friendly and professional manner, and we felt very confident booking PRS to carry out the work.
Paul was here this morning to introduce Gary, and give him some information on the job. I found Gary to be as professional and friendly as Paul, working in a methodical manner, and completely clearing up after the job was finished. He is an asset to the company.
I thoroughly recommend PRS, and they would be our first choice for any future work.

Our boiler stopped working, Darren came out to confirm a new one would be required. I had a quote that evening from Paul and they offered to fit it on saturday (4days later). The quote included having hive fitted and a Worcester Bosch boiler with a 10 year guarantee. All carried out as agreed and cleared up after with the old boiler etc taken away. Highly recommend PRS plumbing-very friendly, efficient, helpful and reasonably priced.

The engineer came on the day and had a minor problem but after a call to me this was sorted out.
Paul came to work with him.
Both very professional.
Work completed ahead of schedule.
Work done to a very high standard and all work areas cleaned at the end of the day.
Overall very happy with the work.

PRS replaced my aging boiler. From the initial visit by Paul to the completion the service was first rate.
I received a profession quotation outlining the technical and financial implications. The boiler and engineer arrived on the day specified. The installation and commissioning of the boiler was carried out to a high standard with minimum disruption. As a retired engineer I was amazed and pleasantly surprised how well this difficult replacement went. John Clark
