Your order was placed on May 1st, so it's 9 days (~ 1.5 weeks) rather than 20 days after you placed the order;
According to the latest status, it currently arrived at the destination airport and waiting for the customs clearance process.
If you end up not receiving the item within 15-20 days time frame, we'll arrange the reshipment or refund.

Shipping was fast!
When Canada Post lost the package, they were quick to help and sent out another pair right away at no charge to me.
Haven't received the replacement set yet, so I can't comment on product quality; but I would do business with them again just based on their excellent customer service!
