As a senior citizen my ability dealing with websites has limitations. This led me into a situation where I had contact with with the company on the telephone. I would like to congratulate this company and the staff on giving first class service in all aspects , product,service, and amazing delivery.

You delived what I wanted, when I wanted it. what else could I ask for?

Excellent as always, used from 2014 and still very good and thats quite a difference these days.
The shut off valve is brilliant and was so easy to fit no longer have to turn off water to the house.

I have been purchasing carbon filters from Pureflo for many years now and have always found their customer service to be excellent.
Orders are packaged well and are dispatched promptly.

As ever, Pureflo products are great value for money, totally reliable, and very effective. The effectiveness of the Fibredyne insert - for scale reduction, in particular - is remarkable. We live in a very "hard" water area, and hardly ever have to descale the kettle! I've been using these filters for years, and to me they're just an essential standard utility.

I would have preferred to pay by Debit Card but had to use PayPal something I would not normally do.
Product arrived ok with no damage.

Ordered items from pureflo, at the time we didn’t know it had merged with aqua cure. The filters were right x four, ordered two small elbows from the page on the internet, one elbow and one straight joint arrived, all at a cost of over £50. When asked why, because we’d been sent the wrong filter joints we were told the company has changed the page to one straight and one elbow because of the merger and our order coincided with this we had to order another separate elbow at over £10 (cost & p&p) not very good customer service and we won’t be ordering again now they have merged!
Pureflo were an excellent company to deal with but not now and we’ve been customers a fair few years.

Quick service, great advice on the phone to replace an old filter casing that was stuck.
Bought two new resin packs to keep the new unit going for another year.

Ordering and delivery were fine but I've stopped getting reminder emails and they have stopped replying to emails don't know why for either.
UPDATE... I now know why they have stopped sending reminders it sems they can't be bothered however I don't know why they still don't reply to emails probably for the same reason. It even took over a month for the reply to this
