This was our FOURTH Umrah trip with Raheel Travel and honestly, it just keeps getting better every single time!

We travelled as a family of 9 (yes, 9!), including one wheelchair user and FOUR kids 10 and under…. so you can imagine the chaos! But somehow, Raheel Travel made everything feel smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable.

Alhamdulillah, they didn’t just meet our expectations — they completely smashed them again! Just when you think they can’t possibly top the last trip, they go ahead and raise the bar even higher. From a beautifully organised Umrah experience to uplifting spiritual talks, to hotels so close to the Haram (lifesaver with kids and wheelchair users!), every little detail was spot on.

What really stood out was how they brought everyone together — making sure we connected as a group while also taking care of individual needs. It felt personal, thoughtful, and so well looked after from start to finish.

Alhamdulillah - We performed our umrah with Raheel travels this April. I can not recommend this group enough, masha Allah, they were absolutely amazing. They catered to all of our needs and were very accommodating. I didn’t have to worry about a thing from the moment we got into the airport, and as being someone who suffers from illness, I was looked after so well. My mother recently went to Umrah in February 2026 and it is the first time she had been away alone to an unfamiliar country. She was so well looked after by every member of the organisation and she even wanted me to extend her gratitude to Habib.
There was a group chat and calls before the trip which provided her with useful information and left her very reassured.
From the moment I left her at the airport the staff were so friendly and patient. She managed to attend many of the excursions and was assisted by staff when she needed any help. We recently travelled with Raheel Travel. The logistics were handled extremely well — from the initial booking process all the way through to landing back at home at Manchester Airport.

Everything was organised seamlessly. The luggage arrangements between Makkah and Madinah were fully managed for us, which made the trip much more comfortable and allowed us to focus on our Umrah without worrying about practical details.

Alhamdulillah, our experience with Raheel Travel was excellent and very well organised from start to finish. Molana handled everything, including the smaller details like buying Khajoor to laundry which fully allowed us to fully focus on our spirituality without any stress.

When one of my family members unfortunately fell and injured their foot, Molana acted quickly and ensured everything was taken care of with the hospital without any hassle. His support and care during that time truly meant a lot to us.

From the moment we booked, Raheel Travel impressed us with their professionalism and attention to detail. Before travel, we received a thoughtfully prepared pack including essentials like an umbrella, water bottle, Ihram soap and a bespoke Umrah guide, all neatly placed in a drawstring bag—such a lovely touch. All our travel documents, including e-tickets, Visa and train bookings, were sent ahead of time, presented clearly and professionally.

We also attended a detailed and informative pre-travel webinar, led by Director Molana Mohummad and Hf Habib Khatib. They carefully walked us through the logistics, itinerary, and practicalities of the journey, leaving us feeling well-prepared and reassured.

The support continued from the moment we arrived at Manchester Airport. The Raheel Travel guides were there to greet us and assist with check-in, ensuring the process was smooth.

Transfers throughout the journey were punctual, well-organised, and transport was high-quality—whether to and from the airport or during our Ziyaarats. Everything ran like clockwork, allowing us to focus solely on the purpose of our journey.

The moment we first saw the Kaaba and performed Umrah was unforgettable. We were guided step-by-step through the entire process with spiritual support, reflection, and reassurance. Honestly, just this part alone made travelling with the group so worthwhile.

Accommodation was excellent. Hotel logistics were handled flawlessly by Ahmad, who went above and beyond to ensure guest comfort. The guides regularly checked in with guests at breakfast and were always available via WhatsApp and local KSA numbers. They even dedicated an hour each evening in the hotel lobby for any questions or support—such a helpful and comforting gesture.

Ziyaarats were more than just sightseeing—they were deeply spiritual experiences. Molana Mohummad and Molana Khalil gave every location context and meaning, turning each visit into a moment of reflection and connection. The daily talks in Makkah and Seerah sessions in Madinah were true highlights of the trip.

Raheel Travel added so many thoughtful touches: snack packs for the train journey to Madinah and freshly made club sandwiches awaiting us on arrival at the hotel lobby. The entire team, including Hf Habib Khatib and Br Huzafa, were warm, approachable, and always willing to help. Nothing was too much for them.

Many people in the group had been for Umrah several times before, and all of them said this was the most organised and spiritually fulfilling experience they’d ever had. As a first-time pilgrim, I can confidently say my journey was made incredibly special—and I’m truly thankful for that.

Where do I even start! Had a fantastic week in Spain with Raheel Travels during the October half term. My wife and I found the entire trip very spiritual and we got to experience the Islamic history behind Andalusia. Raheel Travel organisers really did go out of their way to ensure we had the best experience.

We did not have to worry about a single thing. Communication was clear, transport and timings were prompt, quality of hotels was fantastic! We travelled to Cordoba, Seville, Granada and Malaga and I can confidently say we got our monies worth.

I want to give a special shoutout to Moulana Mohammed and Hafiz Habib for their efforts, their extensive Islamic knowledge that was shared with us, the many laughs we had and for putting our minds at ease throughout the entire journey.

This was our first Umrah and we were apprehensive about how to perform the rites of pilgrimage, especially with an elderly relative and fairly young children.

From the moment we started journeying with Raheel Travels, they put me at so much ease. The drawstring bags arrived with every single practical thing a pilgrim could need; UV protective umbrellas, a water flask, information lanyards, a tawaf tasbeeh and a Guide to performing Umrah, right down to the cutest Ihraam soap bottle! The bags arrived in plenty of time to study the Umrah Guides.

The hotels were beautiful, spotless and literally a 5 min shuttle travel (Makkah) to the Haramain. Breakfast is extensive and a delicious way to power you up for physically-exerting days.

Moulana Mohummed gave us two group talks in Makkah and daily talks after every Esha in Madinah just outside Masjid Nabawi which was a beautiful spiritual experience to be sat under the stars and listening to Stories of Our Beloved Prophet S.A.W.

Every single opportunity to perform Ziyaarah and various historical sites was fully utilised. Even the coach journeys were full of Seerah talks!

Technology at The International Fairs and Museums of the Prophet’s Biography and Islamic Civilization (Madinah) is bang up to date and so child-friendly (plenty of swiping, lights and a cinema experience.)

Raheel Travels pour thought into their service. From little packed lunches for us on the sleek rail service from Makkah to Madinah, to arranging for us to have something to eat once we had arrived in Madinah, before being led to make collective Salaam to our Beloved Prophet S.A.W. They also visited us before we started Umrah and did an after-care call post-Umrah.

My deepest gratitude to both Appas who were always taking care of logistics for the Sisters. The entire team is friendly, so approachable and I thank them for creating cherished memories for myself and my parents.

Me and my family had a beautifully spiritual and enriched journey with Raheel Travels - they accommodated our every need and looked out for us constantly.
