The front fillers for both the base cabinets and the uppers were shipped in 5" width for cut down in field (PROBLEM) when they were ordered at precise size wanted. Also, base cabinet filler was shipped in 36" ht cabinets and all of my cabinets were H.C. ht of 32"
No fillers were shipped to close the cabinets off at the 2" rear gap at the wall..

Staff is prompt, friendly, and very helpful! The product is very nice quality. We will continue to purchase from RDM.

So, the construction of our custom light table ran a bit behind schedule, but we are all so pleased with the finished product, it was worth the wait.

I have purchased work benches and tables from RDM for over 6 years, and have never been disappointed in the products received. They are of outstanding quality, are very well constructed, and customization is welcomed. Just great table. Much higher quality than the others I looked at.

I received exactly what I wanted the first time. We did a custom bench and with my rough drawing to start with their draftsman drew up just what I wanted with no corrections needed. Color and finish choices were very good and the little extras that I asked for came out right and it was delivered on time. I will use them the next time I have a need.

RDM once again provided a product we have been satisfied with over the last 3 orders. Personal experience with the reps has been timely and professional and helpful.
Our last order was a little bit delayed due to, (i was told - high work load),
not a bad thing to have, i understand. To the best of my knowledge we were not notified that there could be a delay, as RDM has always been prompt with past orders.
No big deal. I would recommend RDM.
