I was in the Reagan email approximately two months after they were founded. Originally they were very responsive with support and assistance but in the past year not so much. There is no way to speak with a representative to discuss over billing issues or anything financial. Multiple attempts to resolve matters has pushed me in the direction of cancelling my membership, too bad as they were once a great company.
I have been with Reagan.com for several years now. In the past few months I started getting targeted emails from all sorts of financial "services" and "advisory" companies. I never signed up for them and my email I have used for very selective accounts. The problem is that their spam filters do not LEARN and apply filters to all these services I have marked as spam. Months of email requests for explanations or help have gone unanswered. There is virtually no way to contact the company directly. They have "help" files online and a link to the postmaster at reagan.com but none these provide any responses. I have paid through 2027, but am looking to dump them. I have heard that others have tried together a refund without any response either, in spite of their contractual promise. Very disappointed.
