LOVE!

Excellent selection of clothing and great customer service. I had a problem with the sizing of clothes I ordered and they had it fixed within a couple hours. Ordered from here five times and always got my package in on time. Would shop here again.

I haven’t received my order yet

The clothes look nice, & i’m excited to try them on… but I haven’t received my order yet. It said 5-7 day delivery on the website but it’s been over 7 days now & my order was just shipped today.

With that being said, orders still need to be processed as that isn't included in the delivery/shipping time of 5-7 days. Meaning orders need to be packaged, and must go through customs processing (the step causing the processing delays).

I really do appreciate this feedback,

We are working on making shipping times faster, but right now there are so many uncontrolled variables that have been affecting the delivery times. Black Friday/The Holidays coming up, the shorting in staff for our shipping couriers and as of recently, the electricity shortage in China.

We've looked at methods to add faster shipping, but the shipping fee for times anywhere between 2-3 business days from Asia to Overseas is $40-$50 and that price is just crazy.

Regardless, I really appreciate your input and will we're still trying to figure out a way to get amazon type speed shipping times and will try our best in finding that solution. Thank you for your patience in waiting for your order :)

Your order was placed on the 25th and is currently in queue to be handed and processed by customs. I know that Germany initial customs process is slow from packages coming from Asia. After the customs processing, packages get delivered pretty quick, once processed shipping will take 5-10 business days
