Your KYC verification through civic was very poor. After submitting all required documentation it's been 3 days now and I'm yet to get verified. Same applies to 3 of my friends I referred to Redeeem. I've contacted the civic customer service support and they claimed the process can take up to 4 business days to get verified. Sound ridiculous to me. It's been over a month now, one of my friends i referred has not been verified after submitting all required documents. My case was supposed to be different because I was asked to verify my identity because my driver's license on file has expired. I uploaded my updated license and it's been 3 days now with no update..

Found service while searching discount gift cards, and created account after thinking "oh cool, gift cards for crypto".. Immediately transfer .02btc ($185) to fund acct/purchase a specific amazon card listed for sale.. Go to purchase, I'm not allowed because email and phone verification (both completed) 'did not go through' (??)

Fast forward 24 hours to their support team's continued inability to help me AT ALL...

- Listing I intended to purchase? Long gone..

-$180 of my btc? Converted to something called "BTC Credits" (a.k.a. Redeeem now owns my bitcoins)..

-Someone named Mark, I believe, emailed me back literally 2 times; giving me a brief sense of hope that the situation was on it's way to resolution..

Apparently however it was not on it's way to anything, and his interest in assisting me dwindled alongside my hope of getting an Amazon card at a 30% discount..

Now I only hope to get my original btc amt refunded, and to spread the word that THIS ISHH IS WHACK.

It's not a RIPOFF SCAM as I originally posted but it is incompetence.
BTW they changed their original reply and now claim my account was engaged in fraud and is therefore suspended. None of it is true. They never suspended my account, and also the email they claim they have sent about it - I don't know to whom did they send it to but it wasn't to me.
The whole thing was a mess, and the only issue was missing BTC. Their reply is as written for someone else. It implies fraud, suspended account, and email exchange, none of which ever happened.

They're either too caught up in the digital crypto world and as a result suffer from lack of the most basic communication skills, or they're just generally severely incompetent. Whatever it is I hope they get their act together.

RIPOFF SCAM !!!

BTC was sent to my redeeempay address over 36 hours ago and atm it has 233 confirmations on the blockchain, but they're giving me the runaround claiming they can't seem to find the amount and that they have to verify the BTC was received. I guess transaction hash showing over 200 confirmations (and counting) just doesn't cut it for these guys.

Best case scenario - they're just incompetent. Either way - stay away. Save your money.

I've been using Redeeem as my only source for gift cards for almost 2 years now and buying gift cards on Redeeem has saved me thousands of dollars. I have never lost a penny buying gift cards in that time. I've always followed their rules to document my transactions and when I do get a card that's not redeemable I get a prompt refund once the seller has had a chance to review my documentation. Buying gift cards on Redeeem has been a great way for me to leverage my purchasing power and get a lot more for my money. Redeeem also has a great support team available via Chat that have always been very responsive if I have a question or need help with an issue.

Do not buy gift cards from this site if you care about your hard earned money!

I was using this website since three months now and was not aware that most of my problem with my account in Amazon was due to using gift cards bought from this website. Honestly, the website is trying to be supportive as they could be and while they know they have a limitation to regulate these trades.

The problem that I had with the site that cost me to lose 1500$ worth of Amazon gift cards and balance were due to tricks used by the sellers after selling their cards. Off course you will be able to redeem those cards immediately after buying them, however, since the seller can report those cards, Amazon would immidetlily block your account and deactivate those gift cards. In addition, Amazon would take all of your existing balance and consider you as a fraud.

What will happen is that the seller will get his refund because he used his credit card 💳 and get your hard earning money 💵.

Buying a 3rd party gift cards is risky and Redeeem should be more accountable. I reposted a dispute on all of these cards but they said they can consider disputes after six hours. At same time, Amazon will only start investigation fraud after12-24 hours. So how Redeeem are going to address this problem?
