Best experience for price, time, people and food

I absolutely loved the experience even though i had some trouble with sea sickness and even then they offered me help with lemon and water, everyone was super kind and extremely welcoming. If I go there again I would definitely do this again. Thanks to the crew Malin, Jesper, Luce and Johan

The pizza cruise with RED Sightseeing in Stockholm was very well organized and the staff Ella, Luce, Johan and Ludvig were very friendly and service minded. On top of that the pizza tasted great! A most enjoyable evening!

Absolutely Amazing Cruise

I thoroughly enjoyed this cruise. I originally booked the day before but I missed it so I decided to rebook for the next day especially as it was my last day in Stockholm and I'm happy I did. I got to enjoy the scenery along the coast, sit back enjoy some great tasting pizza and just relax. To the crew Luce, Johan, Daniel and Ludvig, you guys are fantastic and keep up the good work.

I highly recommend!!

Stockholm Royal Bridges & Canal Tour

It was a rainy day and very few people onboard. Our plan was to jump off at the Royal castle but the driver (named Kate) asked us if we want to go again which we did and also then we had time for a second beer along the tour. Two thumbs up to Edith who served us.

They were on time is for the one star…drivers had attitudes

They were on time is for the one star .. drivers (some)had attitudes. Would make a two or three second stop without saying which stop it was and drive away. I notified the driver I needed to stop at the train station and he nodded his head but he drove right by it without stopping even after I was standing near the door. Had to walk several blocks to the station when he did finally stop.

Red Sightseeing Hop-On Hop-Off – Misleading, Disorganized, and Completely Unaccountable

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Red Sightseeing during a cruise stop in Nynäshamn (Carnival Cruise). This company completely failed to deliver on its promises, misled passengers, and showed an alarming lack of customer service and accountability.

From the beginning, we were clearly told there would be three return shuttles from Stockholm to the port: 12:30, 1:30, and 2:30. I specifically asked both a staff member and the bus driver to confirm this, and they each assured me the buses leave at those set times, regardless of how full they are.

Wanting to avoid the over-crowded last shuttle (as warned by the company themselves), I cut my time short in Stockholm and returned for the 12:30 shuttle, arriving 10 minutes early. However, by 12:50 it became clear something was wrong—passengers began saying that the bus wasn’t going to leave until it was full. This was never communicated in advance. In fact, it directly contradicted what their staff and driver had assured me.

To make matters worse, we were left sitting in a hot bus with no air conditioning for over 30 minutes with no communication, no update, and no apology. The bus finally left at 1:03, wasting valuable time that many of us had planned carefully due to our cruise schedule.

While waiting, passengers started discussing what we had paid—and the inconsistencies were outrageous. Some had paid €30 for both bus and boats, others €39 for just the bus, and still others €39 for bus, boat, and a canal tour. There was no transparency or fairness in the pricing. It felt like a random system designed to squeeze money from unsuspecting tourists.

I personally asked for a partial refund, both for the time I lost and for what appeared to be clear overcharging. A staff member was kind enough to call Manager Veronica on my behalf, but Veronica refused to speak with me or come to the bus to address the issue. Manager Sebastian was also contacted but, like Veronica, he did nothing to assist or respond to the situation. Passengers were ignored entirely.

Red Sightseeing’s handling of this situation was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. They misled passengers about departure times, charged people inconsistent prices, and abandoned us in a hot, stationary bus while hiding from complaints. This is not a company you can trust with your time or your money.

Avoid Red Sightseeing at all costs—especially if you’re a cruise passenger on a schedule. There are better, more reliable ways to see Stockholm. This company doesn’t deserve your business.

Pickup times

You must offer better communication on bus/boat pickup times. I missed my last boat and bus pickup due to misinformation. Kudos to Ida, Thea, and Johanna for excellent customer service in helping me navigate the tour route.

Hop on Hop off Tour

Beautiful and fun pizza cruise!

The pizza cruise was beautiful and delightful. Our server, Sofia, was especially wonderful. Her hospitality skills are unmatched! The cruise was not guided by audio, but the sights were so engaging, we hardly missed it. Johan, Niclas, and Ludwig all made sure that the tour was smooth, safe, comfortable, and that the guests had whatever we needed.
