NO CONFORMATION EMAIL AND CANT LOG INTO ACCOUNT!!!

Wouldn’t let me log in to account due to an error so had to order as a guest. I put in my email when making my order, money has been taken out my account yet no confirmation email. I’ve looked at the over reviews similar to mine saying they never got their shoes. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE WEBSITE I’d recommend buying off of another shoe website that sells Reebok.

blind leading the blind at the warehouse

not sure where to start really. what has happened to this once proud English brand. a figure head at the top of the sporting merchandise tree. unfortunately those days are long gone. now owned by Americans and shipped from Holland the brand is now a shadow of its former self. ive ordered from them twice recently. my first order was incorrect and my second hasn't left the depot yet despite the order being placed three weeks ago. it would seem to me the best thing is to stop selling anything until the back log of orders is fulfilled and at least try and apiece the already disgruntled customers that are mounting up daily . apparently UPS are collecting the parcels in no particular order hence many shipments from weeks ago are getting delayed further. its an absolute shambles and needs sorting out before they start losing custom

Money taken no shoes sent, beware!!

Ordered my shoes from here, stupidly not checking here first thought they were a brand all would be fine... Nope! Been 11 days now and they're still sat in the warehouse. Initial email answered by them, but I've been ignored since I started asking for my money back. Pay by paypal if you buy from here and be prepared to claim you money back

Good trainers, rubbish service

I have bought trainers from many different brands and website and Reebok is by quite some distance the worse ever. A week in they were still waiting to be shipped, estimated delivery date is 3 weeks after purchase!! The communication is really poor and then they made their way to Ups who then seemed to hold them for another week! When they finally arrived the box looked like it had been kicked all the way from the Netherlands. The trainers were a little too big but couldn't be bothered with the hassle of sending them back, would probably of gottte my refund for Christmas!

Is anybody home???

Bought a pair of weight lifting shoes. Received the "Thanks for your order"email but the item wasn't shipped and no way to contact Reebok (apart from their rubbish chat bot, which isn't helpful at all).

Luckily paid via paypal, submitted a claim and got the refund. Good PR for PayPal and completely appalling PR for Reebok, not buying any of their stuff ever again. Feels like they are about to go under.

I bought a part of nano X2 which…

I bought a part of nano X2 which arrived on the 18th of march 2023. I've worn the shoes 65 times and the side on the right shoe is pulling away from the shoe. Looks like the glue used is not holding the show together.

The shoe on the left foot is holding up ok.

It looks like a defective product as no shoe should be falling apart after 60-70 hours of use. it actually started at about the 45th I used the shoes which is a bit rubbish.

The worst part is you can't get any help from Reebok. I've tried direct support,social media but no responses

Customer service is such a shame…

Customer service is such a shame devalued the Reebok brand

waited for more than 2 weeks for a decision to be made for my refund.
One of my items was missing due to package was damaged by UPS. Customer service took two weeks to investigate for a damage that was already recorded in UPS tracking, and I have to wait for Reebok to get compensation from UPS first then Reebok will refund my money. customer service ignored my complaint too, such a shame on the service and made the brand value down, will never purchase Reebok again.

Guest checkout and no order/delivery email means I don't have an order number to help track what's going on. Customer service is a joke, tried UK site and cant talk to anyone. US website chat cant give info on UK orders and proceeded to give me a phone number which didn't work. No idea if I'm getting my shoes or if/when I start a dispute through Paypal?

Quick Delivery

Ordered trainers late Friday afternoon did not receive confirmation email so was worried we would not receive goods.Money was taken from bank Monday morning.Was worried we would not get order after seeing past reports,but hay got email from ups today and delivery was made.

no communication no shoes

I placed an order online 29 June and had no confirmation email at all. Luckily I took a screenshot so have an order number which allowed me to search on the Reebok website but my order has been preparing to dispatch for a week. There is a UPS tracking number on the page but that says 'label created' for several days now. I found an email address in the T&C's so see if I get a reply. The light at the end of the tunnel is that I paid through PayPal and will make a claim if nothing arrives but it's a frustrating experience not knowing if I will ever receive what I ordered.
Updated 1 August: No replies to any of my emails, raised a claim through PayPal. It took Reebok the max time allowed to send the UPS tracking number to PayPal. I already had UPS tell me the package is with Reebok in the Netherlands (it never left) but still no refund from Reebok. Their website says "delivered" but thankfully the UPS shows delivery was to Reebok in NL so I hope PayPal can refund me. Reebok just don't care.

No confirmation email and no way to track order

Placed an order last week, and could not register due to some issue with site so opted for Guest check-out. Reebok has since taken payment for my order, but have not sent any order confirmation email. I'm also unable to track my order via the Reebok website due to checking out as guest. Their customer service phoneline leads only to a machine message, and a complaint via their webform only resulted in Reebok sending me a survey email..!? Insane that a company like Reebok can be operating this way. I've reported this to my bank as fraud. Dreadful company - never again.

Scammers who do not deliver the product.

I bought some shoes last Wednesday and the order is still "in preparation". I contacted them twice and both times I got the same answer:
At the moment, your order is packed and ready to be shipped shortly. Your tracking number is xxxxxxx.
They are scammers, do not buy from them!!! The order was supposed to arrive today and they still haven't sent anything.
I called them today and now they are "checking if the delivery company lost my items".. this is a joke

So i was very worried about 7 days in…

So i was very worried about 7 days in when i decided to check the reviews, it was looking v bad but eventually it looks like ill be recieving my shoes tomorow after 11 days. Not the worst. Altho i had to contaxt customer service a few days ago abd they got back to me very early on monday (start of there working hours)

DO NOT ORDER FROM REEBOK!

I ordered 8 items of which 3 were missing, the box was clearly tampered with upon arrival as the bottom was loose and i could easily reach my hand under the flap and pull out items.. as must the thief have done. Part of the box had even been slit! When I attempted to contact customer service they proposed a thorough investigation that took a grand total of one day and then amounted to their telling me they've concluded the parcel was delivered correctly and a refund won't be processed and if I want to do anything else I'd have to contact the courier myself! Absolutely useless company on every level. NEVER AGAIN!

Reebok - worst shipping experience ever, avoid official web site!

First of all Reebok changed their policy and now moved from decentralized warhouses (national web sites, national warehouses) to centralized (uk website and support, warehouse in Netherlands). In previuos situation shopping and shipping were great. But now - I've bought shoes on 9th of June (thinking that despite of centralized web site, warehouses are national) and should have been delivered 15th, after 2 days shipping was switched to 21st (12 days!) with the result - parcel is not delivered till now - 22nd of June. Status on reebok site was DELIVERD (lol) but on shipping comapny status was - returned to a Sender. Delivery man did not call me while he was in front of my property unfortunately. Final result is as follows - had to call support to let them know that there are dicrepancies in their parcel status with shipping company, they addmit that status is "returned to a sender" and they proposed me refund within 14 days. I reccomend to avoid official reebok site!
PS. I've ordered shoes from the other web site and within 24h they were delivered

Ordered 12 days ago and it's still…

Ordered 12 days ago and it's still stuck on "preparing to despatch". I need new shoes and I would probably just buy another pair from somewhere and return these but knowing their customer service I'll never get a refund.

Edit: It has finally despatched after I put a claim in for a refund on paypal. I will never buy anything from this company again, even from a 3rd party seller. Disgraceful service.

Returns returned to me...

Ordered and received goods- sent a parcel back only for it to be returned to me saying 'receiver refused had no invoice'
I'd followed all delivery guidelines and put return note in the parcel as requested.
Unable to live chat with company nor get past preset tick boxes....awful Reebok - sort it!

Reebok is not reliable

Reebok's own website is not reliable, if you're going to buy Reebok buy from another site. Adidas has completely gutted this company, luckily for me, my return was still able to be received (so far still waiting to be credited with the refund). Honestly, brand used to be good but no-one works there anymore so avoid...
