Multiple issues with Reebok.

Multiple issues with Reebok.
- items displayed and purchased but then was sent email that item out of stock! No apology, no replacement option with another colour and no solution
- lack of response to emails
- delayed delivery. Been 9 days and still not received other items that were claimed to be in stock and ready for despatch.

It's simple: Will not be purchasing from Reebok again!

UPDATE:
enquired 7 days ago and was informed it's packaged and ready to ship. Since order didn't arrive after waiting a few more days, I enquired again! Finally after the second email I received a 'sorry, items out of stock!' How truthful was their previous email? Hmmm! Had I not enquired I'd be kept waiting or even claim item was sent with other package. It's not been one issue. It's been issue after issue.

We've officially agreed as a family not to purchase Reebok again.

Reebok Massive Customers Service Fail

Bought trainer from Reebok arrived very quickly. However too big so initiated a return. I bet you can guess how this one is going down. Dropped off at a ups point 26.5.2023 and the parcel was returned to Reebok 1.6.2023. No email confirmation, no way of contacting them and guess what no refund. £110.00 and still waiting. DO NOT ORDER FROM REEBOK EVER.

Order hasn't been shipped

Order hasn't been shipped, cannot contact them by phone, keep getting given new numbers to try. Eventually got back email and they are refusing to refund me and cancel the order even though it hasn't been sent or shipped yet. Never had any issues with reebok before this. Stay away!

Avoid

Customer service is non-existent. According to UPS my return was received 10 days ago, nothing heard from Reebok. Not possible to ask anyone abou the state of return/refund. Just need to see and wait hoping that one day they might processs my return.
Will never buy from Reebok again.

Reebok have quietly moved operations to the EU

Reebok have quietly closed their UK online website and warehouse and moved all their operations and warehouse to the Netherlands. Hence their new web address ending in .EU. They have not advertised this change in any way and even when you cannot log into the website as it is not the same website at all, a message comes up saying you can't log in merely due to them improving the site so you may need to re-register 'temporarily'. This seems sneaky and dishonest and I wonder if it is legal. When based in the UK their deliveries were mainly via royal mail tracked and I never had an issue with them. Same with returns. A month ago I ordered some trainers for my son unwittingly from their new EU website and base, they took a while to come and were delivered by UPS to a local shop after they hadn't even bothered to deliver to my home address. Then fo return them I had to print a UPS label and a special shipping invoice as we are outside the EU, I was refunded quite quickly but I would not buy from their new site again. Instead I got my son a different style of Reebok trainers from a trustworthy UK site.

Avoid if you can.

Since they have been took over by Authentic Brands Group Reebok have gone drastically downhill! Next to impossible to contact any sort of customer service, and delivery takes an age. And if you had an account before April 26th that's gone now, and you have to create a new account. So anything you brought before the 26th April and have a problem there is one phone number you can call, but that will get you nowhere. It's a shame a brand like Reebok has become this poor under its current owners, hopefully things change and it gets better, but for now I would stay well clear!

Ordered 2 x pairs of Reebok Classics…

Ordered 2 x pairs of Reebok Classics through JD Sports. Nothing wrong with the delivery. All went fine.
I have been wearing Reebok Classics for around 10 years and never had an issue. However the latest 2 x pairs from JD Sports (Size 10 UK 44 EU) are around 30mm shorter than all previous pairs of Classics that I have purchased of the same size. Phone Reebok to mention that they have a sizing issue & the operator who spoke very poor English was just not interested! Shocking!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID

AVOID AVOID AVOID! I ordered 4 pair of sneakers 16 days ago. I ordered from the UK but they send it from the Netherlands. Firstly, they stucked in customs for 5 days due to lack of invoice. And then UPS claims that the receiver rejected the order and then they sent my order back to the Netherlands. I approached to the customer service and they claimed I have or someone from my house has rejected it. It is a horrible experience and very bad customer service. I am trying to get my return for the shoes that I haven’t even seen.

The most ******* website imaginable

The most ******* useless website imaginable. No contact number or email and the most useless chat bot probably designed by a monkey. Apologies for being disprectful to monkeys because they are probably more intelligent than Reebok. Avoid avoid avoid!

Do NOT use Reebok!!!

Do NOT use Reebok, if you have problems there is NO way to get the issue/s resolved. There is no direct email address for their website, their social media accounts do not respond to complaints, the customer service page on their website does not work, even if you complete everything correctly the website files when you try to submit. What an absolute sham of a company!
This is in regard to order: RUK08456878, the trainers have BOTH become faulty within an unreasonable amount of time, this is the last time I purchase anything from this brand!

STAY AWAY FROM REEBOK!

I thought being a big, well known company and brand such as Reebok, that I wouldn't have to read reviews prior to ordering but looks like I'll need to after this experience.

I wanted to return a pair of trainers, seems simple enough right? WRONG! Every time I entered my order number to return it kept saying the format was wrong, the number was wrong etc. I thought maybe it's just some technical issues, I'll try again another day... Same thing happened. I tried to phone them and contact them via the LIVE chat but it said they were closed for a public holiday. I tried again another day and managed somehow to finally get to speak to someone (the LIVE chat is a joke too, reminds me of Hermes AKA Evri's LIVE chat robot "Holly" that sends you round in circles without allowing you to speak to an actual person. They told me that all their systems were down from April the 15th until May the 15th as they're getting a new system update or something. A month... A WHOLE month for a big company like REEBOK, for a system update!? I thought it was completely odd but I said OK, then I will return after the 15th of May. Time rolls around and I tried AGAIN, my return code was still not working, the LIVE chat that they said would start at 11am was not LIVE and no one was able to speak to me. I tried phoning them were brief music played before a loud BEEP and then silence. I waited and then the line cut off eventually itself.

When I seen some of the other reviews it seems I'm sadly not on my own with these issues. If I was ever to purchase from Reebok again it would be through another company and NOT directly. Although after this trouble I don't want to line the pockets of Reebok whatsoever when they're not letting anyone contact them or place returns.

I believe this is the first time I have purchased via them directly and it will be my last. Luckily for me the loss wasn't too big and I can re-sell to get the amount back if not more as the trainers were heavily reduced in the sale, but I don't recommend anyone to purchase via Reebok directly unless you are confident you will have no returns.

I couldn't return via the returns slip as they conveniently did not include one in my parcel.

This can't be legal surely. Someone needs to get Watchdog or someone to look into this.

**WARNING** Tried to return order but…

**WARNING** Tried to return order RUK08681779 but doesn't recognise order number so cannot complete. No customer service numbers available, no email or live chat. ridiculous. Have sent the item back with it's return label in the hope they will pick it up and refund, if not I've lost the trainers and the money. Waste of time!! never use again

I will Never use again

Never use again. Return form ot working. There is no contact or email on website. They sent wrong size. Return is not possible. They promised contact with 24hours but nobody called. Flush this company to the toilet and use different one. Crap of the year to be fair.

Took the money and ran

Taken the money and ran. One whole week gone by without a shipping confirmation. Called customer services and they have no trace of the order. The money went out of my account but they won't give it back or ship my order. If you're not going to give me my order then GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

Worst customer service ever received

This is the worst customer service I have ever received - would put a zero rating if I could. I have been back and forth with Reebok for several months now around an issue I had with a gift card and have had several case number opened and multiple conversations via Facebook Messenger, email, WhatsApp and over the phone.Each time, I am assured the problem will be resolved and then I hear nothing and need to open a new case. Although I like the brand, I will not be purchasing from Reebok again and will advise everyone I know todo the same as a result of this.
