Great Quality, Amazing designs and jewelry, awful Packaging.
I have been a customer for some years, and I love the designs and the quality of the jewellery, but the packaging is utterly disgraceful. I bought a 130-euro silver ring, and it didn't even come in a box and was packed in a flimsy bag with no packaging material. It didn't really matter when it was cheap brass pieces, but I expected a ring of that price to have better packaging. The Gothic cathedral inlay piece at the top is slightly bent due to the packaging, and that isn't necessary and wouldn't have happened with some filler material or a jewellery box for a piece of that price range.

I LOVE this beautiful little shop.
I've been shopping here nearly 6 years and I LOVE this beautiful little shop. I dont buy jewellery anywhere else. I have worn your earrings and rings, months on end (whilst cleaning them obviously) in the heat sweating and whilst washing my hands and they've never discoloured. I'm clumsy, heavy handed and love DIY and yet the stones/gems have never fallen out/broken or even looked like they've scratched. You all should praise yourselves for the beautiful craftsmanship and style ✨️

Beautiful bracelet exactly as pictured, I bought one for myself and then went back and bought one as Christmas present. Came with a little cleaning cloth, nice little bag and arrived fast after ordering. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will definitely buy more ❤️

I was really impressed with the packaging
I was really impressed with the packaging. The piece itself turned out to be even more beautiful in person, and it was great to know it was made of silver. The stickers and care instructions made a wonderful impression thanks to their design and quality. There was a slight delivery delay (it arrived two days late), but that was more the fault of the delivery service than the shop itself. The jewelry, the packaging, and the evident care for the customer make me want to order again.
