Good products, costly shipping
During this current crisis, they had what I needed when I needed it. Next day delivery. Got everything I ordered. Very pleased and will happily buy from them again, should the need arise.
Marked down one star as one pasta pack was split, and more importantly, the shipping to my post code was about £23. Granted I knew what it would cost going in and was willing to pay the price, but I still have to mark it down for that when both source and destination are inside the M25, considering I paid only slightly more to ship several cases of liquor from Sicily.
However the prices are good and if you buy a large enough quantity to average out the delivery cost, and/or are within one of the cheaper delivery postcodes, it's good value for money.

we are really sorry you found the bag of pasta damaged, this must have happened during transport. it would have been taken back and fully refunded, had you pointed this to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
