I've been through a lot of real estate education — SubTo, Land Profit Generator, various "gurus" — and the DataSift 5 Day Deal Flow Challenge stands out because it's built by people who are actually running the playbook, not just teaching theory. I focus on First to Market / probate acquisitions in the Charlotte, NC metro area, and the challenge's approach to county list building, pendulum theory, and getting to sellers before the competition is directly usable — not recycled generic wholesaling advice.

Their glowing reviews are fake, generated by a bait‑and‑switch “5‑day challenge” that pays for praise and hides the product's garbage performance. The data is inaccurate and riddled with errors, skip‑tracing is laughably bad and useless for real deals. Support is dismissive and unhelpful. I tried to leave honest feedback and the owner personally contacted me with threatening behavior — completely unprofessional and alarming. This service is a waste of money; shop elsewhere unless you want bad data, lies, and harassment. Go with Batchleads or elsewhere.
