Resimpli is just that! Made simply for real estate investors. I recommend this for all types of real estate investment levels, weather beginger or seasoned. I also like that it has a ton of support, which makes this software the best.

This is the second company where I have integrated RESimpli for wholesale business flows. There are more powerful apps out there, but this one has plenty of features and excellent support that is readily available via zoom or chat all for a reasonable monthly subscription.

The customer support is 2nd to none...very responsive and I love that it's live chat as well as can get on a zoom if needed.
