I wish I could rate this a ZERO! This website is TERRIBLE because I created an account , do my resumes, and then I cannot access my account anymore which I tried to reset it. When I reset it, the link NEVER came through. I sent messages on the website TWICE which NO ONE responded. I called the number on the website MULTIPLE TIMES and LEFT VOICEMAILS which I got NO response. I reached out via email on September 13th to let them know about my complaint but I DID NOT get a reply back!!! This is so frustrating and what kind of website is this where NOBODY reach out to people. I been dealing with this stuff SINCE August!
