No contact or email received regarding my order

Good service, good products.

No one has contacted me about my order.

Im still waiting for someone to contact me

I am giving two stars because I had previously purchased tiles and floors from your shop in bray last November which was over 2k.
Then a few weeks ago I purchase additional tiles to extent what I had already purchased, it worked
Out at 5 boxes in total and when I picked them up at the shop, one box had 4, 20cm x 20cm tiles removed? I mentioned it to the fella that brought the tile
Out l, and he said I would of gave them but the general manager said to take them out.
So ye I found that very stingy and tight.
So maybe take a bit more care and consideration for repeat customers because that sort of thing would make me go and bring my business somewhere else.

After driving all the way from west cork to collect my order only to get to Ballincollig to find out they decided to sell my towel rail to another customer! This is unacceptable. Poor management.

staff going out of there way to help and pick the correct tile. very friendly and full of experience.

it was easy to buy on line and pick up the product.

I ordered 2 weeks ago and still waiting for delivery. So be prepared to wait

very disappointed, bad experience at all, very poor customer care, we placed the order on 29/12/2023 after 8 eight days totally no update when to deliver the items we purchase.. 1 week still awaiting my purchased item..

The Lads in your Navan store were fantastic and very efficient

Great value, I haven't put down the floor yet so may need to review again once completed. I ordered the floor online which was easy. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars was that I was told it was ready to collect and when I got there (45mins away) they said the underlay wasn't in so I have to go back again. My time again id check on the phone once they confirmed order that they have everything.

He rang me as soon as they were delivered to the store and was a pleasure to deal with. Amazing customer service and I have gotten a few things from them. Thanks Jack.

Responsive and very helpful staff. Arranged the pick up on the same day, as left a note saying that it was an emergency and workers had fallen short of a box…. Amazing service and comfortable pickup point.
