This is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Never received cell phone charging cables :-(
No follow-up from this company. Reported to FTC.

Same as with everyone else. Ordered almost 4 months ago. Lots of emails promising results but nothing. I saw the ad while playing bubble witch 3. I’ve emailed them to see if they can do anything. Won’t be buying from any of those ads again.

UPDATE: I filed with the trade commission. They are putting it in the data base. They said if more people file it will help there case.

I also contacted my credit card company. Within a day they refunded me back the shipping charge and are working on the main charge. The reason for that was rocket took just the $25.99 with one transaction and did another transaction for the shipping fee of $9.99.

Don’t let these dirtbags get away with this.

Rocket commerce is also in partnership with uk.supercharger tech uk - I ordered from the supercharge firm and 3 months later and numerous emails from their support but a new twist - I just received a mail from rocket commerce

I ordered some pillows on 4th July 2020 and am still waiting on 24th October 2020. Track and trace won’t work and they just keep saying they’re on there way!
Unbelievably bad I’ve just lost nearly £50 in these hard times.

I ordered 3 cell phone charges for $29.94 in July. Several times each month i sent Rocket Commerce an email checking on the status of my paid order and they would send a reply that my order was still processing.

In early October, I contacted my credit card and filed a dispute providing them with my email correspondence and Rocket Commerce replies.

My dispute was resolved and I received a credit on my credit card.

And guess what, i received on October 21st, after my dispute was finally resolved. An email stating my product was shipped.

Received the chargers the next day on October 22nd, and going back to Rocket Commerce-Return to Send.

Lying jerks.

Horrible people. I ordered 3 chargers in August and never got anything. After numerous emails they keep saying their payment processor isn't working. In the process of contacting my credit card company to dispute this charge. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE A**HOLES!!!! Bunch of lying theives!

number they gave me with Parcelgo said that the package was delivered. Nothing ever showed up at my house, they promised me a refund and still nothing. They are doing nothing but outright stealing.

Only gave 1 star as it wouldn’t let me give Zero, been waiting for months ( July ) for Supercharger s to arrive , load of excuses blaming couriers the virus etc.... got a VW Polo ordered / built and shipped half way round the world and still no chargers . Absolutely useless

Ordered two charger cables 25/6/2020, to date and following numerous emails still no goods arrived. Raised dispute with my credit card company and now they are contacting me saying goods have been shipped, they are also offering a 50% refund to resolve the issue. Have informed them that until goods actually arrive I am not prepared to drop the dispute. Do not trust them to fulfill the order.

Ordered cables 7th March 2020. Still waiting. Lots of lies about delays and delivery.

Ordered cables in July - still waiting. Lies Lies and more lies from them. I have reported to Trading Standards and suggest everyone else does the same. The more people who report them the quicker they can be dealt with and save other people for falling for their lies

Wish I could rate it a minus*… Placed an order for miracle wrap silicone covers on August 10 and have not received this order. I have sent numerous emails to their customer support and I continuously receive email responses regarding Covid and delayed delivery. I have requested a refund and they have ignored me. This is a total scam!

I have also been had by this company.
I am still waiting for refund after cancelling chargers ordered on 1/8/20
On the 22/9/20 was told to expect a refund in 48 hours hrs

I absolutely agree with all the below reviews this site needs to be closed Down. They took my money in July and after email promises still no goods. It was advertised on Facebook imagine all those people that have bought from them and have nothing.
My tracking number is not valid either, scammed good and proper!

Sadly I have managed to tick one star when I don’t want to give any!!! I ordered 3 chargers in July and I am still waiting!!! Despite asking for a full refund they have offered me 25% but can’t do it yet as they have a a problem with their payment processor!!! AVOID THIS COWBOY OUTFIT AT ALL COST!!!!

Ordered cables three months ago and after several emails promising delivery, I’m still waiting. I’ll never buy from an advert again. Beware, if I could give negative stars I would. Do not buy from this company, ever.
