I ordered the lids in August and they have since not sent my order. I have contacted them 18 times for refunds, all I get from them is excuses.
I believe I have been scammed. They will not get away with this trust me. They will soon meet their Waterloo in due course. 🤨

cant believe these scroats are getting away with this we all need to complain to facebook for advertising a scam company, im fuming being fobbed off with there lies. got enough to deal with as we all are having a bad time with the covid to use that as an excuse for us not recieving items is below the belt for scamming money out of people, 4 months today i ordered the wires. absolute joke still no wires and no refund. disgusting people hope karma catches them

If I could give no stars I would !!! Shocking company if I had read the reviews on here I would never have purchased their some called miracle lids, I have emailed numerous times and still keep getting excuses. I have cursed them all with itchy bum holes and arms too short to scratch it with. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SCAM COMPANY

Like others reviewers I ordered chargers from Supercharge in August 2020 and have received nothing. Money was taken from my credit card showing FK Commerce FL. I thought this was a UK company which is why I ordered.
From other reviews it seems a lot of these pop up adverts I have been seeing are related to this company.

These guys are Scams, ordered my Apple Charger on the 07/07/2020 & still haven’t received it. I messaged them since they haven’t replied & last message 2months ago they sent me a fake tracking doesn’t match any world & local tracking. Do not buy from them or they’ll be happy to take your money.

I had an order placed for charging cables in August, still no sign of them after repeated emails. Always blaming COVID-19 as the excuse and problems with the supplier !!
I now intend to contact credit card to recover my money as my request for a full refund has been ignored.

I still have not received I still have not received I still have not received the product I ordered on August 5th 2020 fast charging cable for my phone. I have written 13 emails and most of my responded by automated craps. Tracking number does no good because it's never updated

I have been scammed by this dealer. I have ordered some miracle lids from them on the 27 July 2020 and nothing has arrived. I have sent 4 emails and they keep on saying it is on its way. I hope none of you buy anything for them any more ...

Looks like I’ve had a similar experience to you all! Ordered cables in June 2020 and still nothing has arrived!! Emails are so wishy washy and try and fob you off saying it’s in transit!! I’ve sent at least 4 now...!!!

Ordered cables in June 2020. Despite repeated emails promising delivery soon, nothing has ever arrived. They are NOT a company to ever order from!

I ordered mobile charging cables from this company in July this year 2020.
To date and despite numerous emails from the company promising they were ‘ on their way’. The company has blamed the COVID position as the primary reason for the delay. I don’t accept almost 5 months delay as acceptable. As a matter of principle I am taking further action against this company the first being a complaint to Facebook for using this company as an advertising vehicle.

We were fraud by that people.
What I know exactly:
1. I cannot trust Instagram with advertising.
2. Never buy something from USA.
3. Better to pay through PayPal for example, but never pay deractly through credit cards.

Ordered charger leads in August that never arrived and just got bluff and guff emails on follow up. Now no response whatsoever. Fortunately not a huge loss but add in the many other unhappy customers and it equals vile Oxygen Thieves who have creamed off a lot of money for ordinary decent folk. One prays that Karma will seal their ultimate fate. Pond life is too good a description for such vile people

I ordered a phone cable in June and never received it, no way to contact them. Just claimed chargeback via my bank and, guess what, now getting emails from them. They offered me the 50% off and then to refund me if I withdrew claim, must think I fell off a Christmas tree! I advise everyone who paid by credit or debit card to take this course of action, it isn’t a lot of money but the principal of the thing. These scammers cannot be allowed to get away with it, I don’t understand why they are being allowed to continue advertising and trading.

I too had a problem. I finally called my credit card company to make a dispute. They contacted them and they contacted me. They asked me to stop the dispute and then I would get my money. I told him to deal with the credit card company and if they sent a refund, then I would cancel dispute. Never again!

Ordered a number of cables months ago and had numerous e mails advising they had been dispatched but never arrived.
Started a chargeback with my bank and the cheeky Scammers are disputing it, they even had the nerve to e mail me asking me to cancel the chargeback and they would then pay me back, must think we are all fools

Ordered Type - C chargers back in July 2020. Payment went straight through. Up to now, still waiting for my items. Have been in contact with their support team and all that had been promised is that the package is definitely shipped and will be arriving. Shipping company does not recognize the tracking number they sent me. I have requested for a refund but they are having difficulties with everything. Not very helpful at all! Waste of time and money! It's been over four months and still no sign of the package.

Ordered iPhone charger July, still waiting. Blamed Covid, Shipping partners and everything in between. Offered me partial refund but surprise, surprise there's 'difficulties' with their payment processor. Been a fortnight since they had these 'difficulties' and no sign of a fix. Just waiting to see what the next excuse is. Awful service.
