SCAM SCAM SCAM. Like so many others, I wish I'd checked Trustpilot before placing an order for lightening cables. The ads were everywhere at the time and eventually I gave in an ordered some. Luckily only £15 but still that's still 2 hours of work before tax for me! I saw the ad on Facebook but they are not interested. Nothing ever came. 5 emails later and as many excuses as you can think of but no goods or refund. Put it down to experience.

DO NOT buy from here!! You will not get what you order... :-((

This is clearly a scam company. I wish I had read the reviews before giving them my money. Like everyone else on here, no products have been received. I don’t understand how ‘companies’ can get away with such blatant fraudulence, it’s simply stealing money.

Definitely a scam , ordered a cable charger in June , never received it , fake tracking number sent , avoid like the plague

Wish they had a zero rating option. Same as many reviews on here, ordered magic lids 4 months ago and still waiting. Not the greatest loss of money, about £18 but still bloody annoying. Numerous requests for refunds have been ignored. Lesson learnt, will not buy anything advertised through FB again. My message to people thinking of ordering anything from this company, DON’T!! They are scammers🙁

This is scam. I purchased some lids for different sizes of containers. they sent me a tracking link and after two months asking for my order they said it was delivered. Of course I never got it but they did debit my credit card from day one. Nobody answers now so yes I lost my money. They advertise in Facebook it should not be allowed. This is clear that this business is only dedicated to scam people. Just adding all the people in this reviews it adds up to the thousands of dollars fraud.

I saw the lightning charging cables in aug on an online scrabble game.. I ordered and paid and five emails later and no refund and no product!

This is daylight robbery! How can they get away with this!

Mines the same as many of these replies but if I could give them zero stars I would I ordered my charger for my iPhone 11 I got back a android charger on top of that I had to wait six months for it every time I called which was a total of seven times they said it was on its way finally on the fourth call I said I wanted A refund and then it was about another month I still hasn’t got my refund my charger was wrong and I’m 14 so I’m really pissed off I hate this company so much do not buy anything.

Scam! Wish I read the reviews before placing an order. I only placed an order with them as I saw PayPal was an option as a payment processor. So I hoped if something did go wrong, I would be covered by my buyers protection. I guess I’ll see if I was correct to think that, as I have a PayPal dispute currently opened with Rocketcommerce...

However just wanted to alert other buyers or potential buyers. After opening the dispute, rockercommerce did contact me offering a 50% refund. I replied saying I wanted a full refund as it had been over 2 months since I placed the order and the tracking information they provided me were dummy details. It didn’t lead to anything. An advisor then replied saying that they are happy to give me a full refund but I have to close my dispute with them. Apparently my bank won’t let them refund until the dispute is closed! This is an absolute lie. PayPal payments should be refunded on PayPal. My bank doesn’t have anything to do with. Rocketcommerce know that once a buyer closes a dispute on PayPal they can’t open it again!!. So please avoid this company!

Agree with everyone else. Total scam. No goods received since I ordered in July. Keep getting told they are on their way. Nothing has arrived

Would give 0 stars if had that option, ordered flexible bowl covers in August and chased several times. Always due to Covid There’s been a delay, what a load of old garbage....bought on debit card so doubt I will get refund.

i orders some lids 2 months ago.. I guess it was on a slow boat from China. I have been tracing this for exactly 2 months.. well guess what?.. my address is 26-08 they shipped to 26. Supposely delivered 10/18.. Hello its 10/24.. have not received. .. Huh? I am calling my CC to dispute. This is rediculous. Scam for sure. .. stay alert people... stay safe..
