I'm not sure if it's just me, but the customer service is slow and gives off a somewhat unfriendly or unwelcoming vibe.

There was an issue with my doll and it was handled in the same day. Very pleased with the result.

I have ordered a handful of dolls from Rosemary Doll and will continue to do so. They offer the best selection and a website that is easiest to navigate all the available options for each supplier. Fantastic service and follow up communication through the entire process from their agent Chloe!

I am impressed by how effective, quick, responsive and professional were the answers to my questions at rosemarydoll. Simply I was confident I was in the right place before and after ordering my doll (shoot-out to Raven and Candy for the immense help).

Everything arrived looking great just like the pictures. The experience is great and the skin texture looks and feels real. I liked the sturdiness yet lighter weight of the doll. Customer service really did a good job.

When I asked questions about the product, they provided me with the information I needed to select a doll appropriate to my desires. Sometimes important information about a doll is not immediately obvious, for example a doll's weight can be much heavier than you think with a difference in softness. I was able to discuss options like this with them and get good advice that enabled me to make an informed choice.

Issues with customs were resolved promptly when RosemaryDoll was alerted. Product arrived in virtually perfect condition.

I custom ordered a doll and extra head for around $2k. I received exactly what I ordered. Their customer service is exceptional and kept me informed about my order. Although not cheap, you get exactly what you see on the site. Will purchase from them again.

Please be smarter than me and use a different vendor that at least somewhat cares about their customers. I've ordered an EU-Stock Doll a few days ago and was a day after that reached by an E-Mail stating that the doll is not available, despite it being listed to this moment, several days later, as in In-Stock. Apparently they don't get around to updating their website too often. Which will naturally lead to other people ordering In-Stock dolls that don't exist.

They recommended for me to choose a different doll, which I declined because I wanted that specific one only and asked them to cancel the order(1) since they cannot deliver as advertised.

They ignored that and wanted to ship a doll from China instead, which I declined as I especially ordered the doll because of its location in an EU-Warehouse. I asked them again to just cancel the order(2).

They reiterated that it wouldn't take that long, but if my first contact with you is based on false advertising, I will have a hard time trusting subsequent promises made.I asked them again, for a third time, to cancel the order and refund my payment.

They wrote a final E-Mail stating that they'd accept my wish and cancel the order, but a refund would take about 2 weeks.

However, that was over 24 hours ago and my order is still open and processing.
My question why a refund would take 2 weeks to be issued was ignored. My question why the order was still not officially canceled and when I could expect it to be updated was also ignored.

It astounds me how bad this case is being handled and how at every turn where I would still have recommended the vendor, the person I talked to chose to make this experience worse for me by ignoring my wishes and ultimately just leaving me hanging without further correspondence on why my order is still open.

I sincerely hope this review does two things:
1) Help people pick a vendor in the future
2) Get somebody's attention at RosemaryDoll that does give a fluff about their customers, unlike the person that handled my case so far.
3) Get my order canceled and my refund issued in a timely manner.

Lightning fast shipping and customer service. No BS. Item was pristine and matched the information shown at time of purchase. Will be buying from here again.

Beautiful doll. I would say she is close to a work of art with the attention to detail in the body. Two notes, however. First, these dolls can be very heavy. I find I can't manage the dead weight, so am restricted to rolling her around on a chair. Weight is a severe restriction and should be taken into account before buying. Second, I got a head with implanted human hair. Beautiful hair, of course lifelike to the touch. But, the hair comes out in clumps when she's brushed, no matter how gently it's done. Oh, and a third note. I got the breathing option. I would suggest not doing that. The mechanics of that are very noisy. Sounds like hospital. breathing apparatus. Not a good feature. I don't use it. But yes, a beautiful work of technology and art.

Got toy full size dolls and both came in perfect condition much much faster then I thought they would . Any questions I had were answered right away, very friendly and helpful support staff will buy from here again in the future
