Company has excellent customer service. There initially was an issue with product I ordered as they ran out in inventory, but the customer rep was very helpful and responsive. The customer rep was able to direct me to a simlar product and am a satisfied customer. Would purchase from this company again.

They started to work with me on a solution issue I had but then became completely unresponsive and have since then continued to ignore all my attempts to contact management. I essentially paid 1200 dollars for a dust collector sitting inside box it shipped in bc it’s completely useless unless you enjoy being in pain end hsvjng bruises on your groin area. I am working on my report to attorney generals office now. Do not buy from here especially the ZELEX brand.

I ordered my first doll from rosemary after weeks of researching. At first everything went well and smooth. They told me wait time is about 2 months, from factory to delivery. It took a little over 2 1/2 months. Once arrived, the doll is much heavier than expected. I tried communicating with them about this issue and they said it's up to expectations given the add-on accessories, fine. The doll is not flexible at all, hard to reposition, they say it's "normal" and will be easier overtime. So how am I suppose to use when I cannot even carry the weight because it's heavy and reposition because it's so stiff?

What bothered me the most, which I want to warn potential buyers, is that this is a "all sales are final" purchase, meaning there are no returns whatsoever. If the doll is "up to expectations" on their end, they will not entertain any return/refund/exchange whatsoever. There is no explanation about this on their return policy. So pretty much, all sales are final, at least for me in my case. I spent thousands of dollars, waited months, all for nothing. I tried communicating with them over these few months, trying to negotiate anything because I have this doll here almost 90lbs and cannot move around. They won't entertain anything except a "goodwill gesture" of hundred dollars. They also told me if I'm not happy I can sell locally or hang the doll up so support the weight.

I usually don't write bad reviews but I have to for potential buyers. Please be careful and make sure you know EXACTLY what you're purchasing. Otherwise you'll be stuck with a purchase you're not satisfied with and out of your hard earned money. Don't be like me, wasting thousands of dollars for nothing, feeling like a fraud and scammed.

Purchased a doll from them. Showed up quick and in near perfect condition. Candy answered every question i had, and fairly quickly. No issues at all.

Took a while to deliver but the customer service always kept me updated.
My tipp if you buy your first doll: be carefull with the fingers, they are mosty for deco.

RosemaryDoll really has one of the best customer service I've seen. They will answer all your questions within 24h and help you make sure you have everything you need. During the whole process, they were able delay the package at my request, take care of costums and make sure everything went smoothly.

As for the doll, they send pictures from the factory before shipping. If you notice something you dont like, they will correct it right away and send you updates!

Overall really good experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a doll.

The support is really good I always get answers within a day, and flexibility to adjust is also given. I had a problem with missing adapters to European plugs and they sent them ASAP.

Overall, it's really great to buy from them.

The wig was very tangled up when it arrived. Overall the doll looked great but I didn’t realize it was so heavy. The chest was definitely not worth it. Could have found same one for 100$ elsewhere. I should have looked around more or else I would definitely have picked a different one. For the price I should have picked full body instead of torso.

Bought an in-stock USA doll - Jarliet Doll / EVE. Its a beautiful sexy doll. I have had only a month. Within first week doll had lost a small bathroom trash can full of hair. I ended up shaving its head and purchasing a wig. If you are not extremely careful watch out for the hands. The skeleton fingers have poked through. The worst though is the neck does not support the head. So you are limited to positions of either on its back or stomach. Doll cannot sit on top because of the lack of support in the neck and head. Something is loose inside the doll.
I have reported all of these issues/defects to Rosemary Doll Support. They have been prompt to respond on a daily basis and gave me several tips to try and resolve the issues with the doll. Since we could not resolve these issues, Rosemary Doll Support was able to give a fair and generous solution. Rosemary Doll is not the manufacturer of this doll only the reseller. Rosemary Doll Support (Summer) gets a five star review due the incredible customer service.

RosemaryDoll went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. The item was delivered to my local FedEx pickup location as requested. It was during the holidays so I was visiting relatives. When I got back and saw it was waiting, the FedEx pickup location had already returned it to sender. I contacted Rosemarydoll immediately. They worked with me to ensure the item was not lost when it was returned to the California warehouse, and was sent immediately back to me. I picked the item up and it was perfect, very fine quality. You sent pictures Dec. 12 or so saying it was ready to ship. Using the links provided I told you to ship 4 times. You said didn’t receive and give me a telephone number to call. I called 15 plus times in 3 days and always busy and then I am supposed to be happy about your service?

I've been working with RosemaryDoll for a few years now. They are always friendly, helpful and fast. Recently they've been my point of contact working with the manufacturer for some dolls with defects (silicone split and joint break). I got a replacement on one and a discount the other.

Your explanations can be a bit more precise when you reference what is included with the purchase otherwise everything flowed as expected.

I'm not sure if it's just me, but the customer service is slow and gives off a somewhat unfriendly or unwelcoming vibe.
