They didn’t issued the refund for returned items. Never shipped an ordered item, but charged for it. Do not respond to emails and phone calls. The worst customer service ever!!! And by the way , it’s not some cheap company . Absolutely horrific experience! Will not buy from them again!

I ordered a purse, they sent me a duffel bag. I wasn't able to get to the post office due to family issues and so now I'm stuck with this duffel bag I never wanted or needed. It was their error. So annoying. I loved their clothes and now I'll never buy from them again.

Be careful with UK orders
Be careful with UK orders. Merchandise looks great, but been waiting two weeks for a delivery and cannot get customer service to reply to emails. Not great.
