Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t let me add to my order or combine two orders and refund one shipping cost when I’m contacted them 5 minutes after ordering. Replied to my email 5 days later. Shocking company, would not recommend

Our warehouse is largely automated and unfortunately we are not able to merge two orders into one shipment or add new products. We are sorry for the disappointment this may cause.

I called to start a return for some…

I called to start a return for some damaged items and was told I'd get an email with instructions and a return label but that email never came. Your website should have instructions on how to return items that arrived damaged or are poor quality.

I had an excellent experience shopping with Royal Design. The delivery time was quick I got a pan delivered to Australia and it arrived in excellent condition and quick turnaround would highly recommend them and would shop with them again.

Poor product quality at premiere price

Poor product quality at premiere price. Nearly $200 USD for an oil lamp and less than a year later the wick adjuster has failed. No warranty and no repair parts.

We abide by Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen), which means you have the right to make a claim for three years after you have received a faulty item.

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Items exactly as described and well packaged. The prices were fantastic and it couldn’t believe how quickly my shipment arrived! I was also happy to be updated with tracking info so I knew when to expect it. You have a very satisfied customer who will be back.

Excellent service!!

The scissors I ordered came very quickly and were in perfect shape (packed very securely). And they were priced MUCH lower than the same scissors on other sites. I would definitely do business with Royaldesign again.

The Copenhagen Grey pots are beautiful

The Copenhagen Grey pots are beautiful! Ordered two of them (18 cm and 14 cm) on a Friday afternoon. Got shipped out quickly on Monday and received them by Thursday! Packaged very securely - very thick boxes and lots of super thick brown kraft paper - prevented any movement within the contents. Very happy with the products and the service!
