Extremely slow customer exp responses

UPDATE: It has been nearly 6 weeks since I first raised my complaint. Despite being told by Royal Design that they would revert back to me in 2 weeks to look through my complaint, I have yet to hear an adequate response. I am shocked by the level of quality of service.

I've sent various emails to customer service as the condition of my cutlery purchase was scratched up. It's been 3 full weeks, and despite sending follow ups, and sending them follow up photos as requested. I have yet to hear an adequate response in terms of facilitating a refund. Very disappointed with how slow customer response is.

Broken Bud Vases + Packaging

Broken Bud Vases + Packaging. I haven't received a response regarding the broken bud vases in my order. They were shipped with paper stuffing, which flattened out during transit. Since the items were glass it could have been better packaged with packing peanuts or bubble wrap.

Arrived damaged

Waited weeks for postage, only for it to arrive broken. Very poorly packaged.

The customer service is good

The customer service is good! I had accidentally ordered the wrong style of blanket. Though they couldn’t change the order, they refunded the cost straight away. Once I received it two days later, I reordered the correct blankets and they arrived within a few days.
The blankets arrived and they are beautiful quality and super warm. Really happy with the overall experience.
