Great post sale service

I was looking for a very specific deployment clasp and found Royal Watch Strap. The item arrived to NY during a snow storm and the package was lost, I reached out to the company and they immediately provided tracking info and delivery pictures and offered me a discount to replace the item if it couldn't be found. The item itself fits perfectly and frankly was of better build quality than I expected given it's going on a higher end piece. Recommended.

Excellent customer service

I am completely happy with the service I received. I purchased a steel strap for my watch on the website, but I was unsure when I chose one and ordered it. Amy contacted me via WhatsApp to make sure the item I ordered was compatible with my watch. However, it wasn't. Amy asked me for a photo of my watch and was able to exchange it for the exact one I needed. It arrived and is a great piece. I am very happy with both the service and the quality of the strap! Thank you.
