I was worried about the sizing and emailed my questions which they answered the same day and the jacket fitted perfectly.

I haven't received my parcel yet and had no update29th Sept 2033

My order was perfectly fulfilled and arrived on time. The products I ordered are superb quality and fit well.

The jeans I purchased were delivered in the prescribed time
Their entire service was straightforward, with no surprises.

Got exactly what I wanted for a fair price and on time.

Product is excellent but delivery was slow and the courier not the most flexible in terms of delivery

First time using this company and as others have reported had issues with sizing ( very, very big) so sent the item back. No hassle with the return pretty straightforward and refund confirmed. Will use again but will stick to only those items I trust to be ( roughly) true to size. Many thanks.

Fantastic customer services - Had issues with sizing, as it was the first time ordering, but was fixed instantly and communicated expertly by their support staff will definitely order again.

I have used this company many times and always have excellent communication and recommendations regarding sizes etc for Carhartt jackets and trousers.
I ordered a pair of work jeans but they were not true to size. They sent a replacement with no hassle at all.
However, the courier threw the jeans over a gate and they went missing. After weeks of to and fro with the courier, APC, they refused responsibility. Ruff and Tuff gave me a refund even though it’s not their fault.
This is a company I rate highly and will use again.

If i could write 0 star i would. Customer service is shocking and the delivery companies they use could not care less when or even if the parcel gets delivered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I bought a gift for my partner but it wasn’t the right size, I had bought this in advance so unfortunately just missed the return cut off. I emailed to explain and they were excellent, really understanding and allowed me to exchange. Both the original item and the exchanged item were delivered on time and I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

I’ve only used this company once but thought I’d get them started with their first review. The item I bought was competitively priced and arrived on time,what more can you ask for? Will definitely buy from these guys again.
