I always wanted one of these & so glad I did, customer service (Emma) was fantastic, was always available & very fast to come back to me with answers to any questions I had. Packaging was v.good & again chair is fantastic - will definitely use again

I would think twice about ordering from this company, as soon as they take your money for your purchase communication is diabolical.
Chair delivered on Saturday, wrong item recieved, pu not leather, wrong colour!
Contacted seller advised a Monday exchange, which was not adhered to!
Tuesday, pick up of incorrect item, but no exchange!
Wednesday advised delivery of correct item, not adhered to! Contacted seller who said delivery had been arranged for Thursday, after I had taken the day off for delivery arranged on the wednesday!
Only after contacting the seller ourselves was any of the above information relayed to us.
There was an apology, but only after I contacted them!
There was no gesture offered to keep our custom, instead I am now waiting for my refund!

Many thanks for your reply Charles, however I would like to know, where you have obtained this information from!? I have kept all email correspondence from Emma, which will confirm the fact that there wasn't ever a delivery actually arranged for the Wednesday never mind REFUSED. Please do not insult my intelligence by writing complete & utter RUBBISH!

The Eames armchair and ottoman arrived on time packaging was safe secure and protective, the leather is good quality I ordered chrome feet which took slightly longer but they are very classy. The office keep you informed and answer all emails immediately I'm looking forward to using Satonia again for reliability a company you can trust with the best price. There is a black tag on the chair showing the quality of the leather which is a nice touch, full instructions and tools.

Order went through only to be emailed 15 mins later to be informed it was out of stock. Offered a different model which I didn't want then asked what my options were. Order was then cancelled and refund sent without my request. Didn't even get told when it would be back in stock. One line email comms and had to keep pushing to get any kind of info. Not great.

Edit: Your response doesn't even make sense. You took the payment when the item was out of stock otherwise why else would I need a refund? The issue was you didn't even give me any info on when it would be back in stock you just issued the refund without me requesting it. Perhaps I was willing to wait for the 6-8 weeks lead-time but you didn't give me that option.

Quality of the chair is first class.
Delivery was fast and customer service was fantastic. So pleased we chose this company.

This chair is great! I was a bit wary as it was £200 cheaper than most other sites so It was a bit of a gamble but it paid off ! Really happy with it.
