If I could give -5 I would give -10. This company should not be trusted. 1) items are made and shipped from China. 2) It takes forever to get and if the order is incorrect for any reason you will not be refunded. 3) They don't want to replace things that are wrong even if its their fault. 4) Be very careful of sizing. Make sure you are making up for Chinese sizes which are much smaller than US. Again, they will not refund or reship the correct item.

After MONTHS of waiting and not receiving re ring I ordered and being "told" I had indicated the incorrect address (I did NOT), I posted a negative reaction on the website and again MONTHS later, received a request "IF" I receive the item I paid for, would I remove my post??

Yes, I will. But people, it's cheap low quality product!! Don't bother!!!!

Ordered on November for a Christmas gift. When I contacted them weeks later I was told to be patient. Item never came. It took multiple emails before someone actually looked into the item not arriving. Finally they told me in mid January, that it was stuck at one of the overseas shipping depots and only offered store credit or to resend the item assuring me this would not happen again and would arrive in a few weeks. It is now March 20th and I still have not received my item. The tracking # they sent said EDD was 3/17 and now says it has been transferred to the next facility. What a joke.

I have purchased several jewelry pieces from Save Our Oceans, and I love each and every piece I've purchased. I even gave one of them away as gifts, and my friend LOVED the earrings I gave her. Save Our Oceans sells some great, high quality items, and I love the fact that I'm also helping to save the oceans when I purchase from it.

It does take a while to get my orders, and I wish that would improve, but it's usually worth the wait. I've dealt with their customer service a couple of times due to issues with orders, and I've gotten my issues resolved each time.

I have ordered two necklaces back in October 2017 and have never received them, however I received other items that I ordered. I have sent in support tickets and have never heard a response back so now I will have to dispute the charge on my credit card. I will never buy from them again, and its such a bummer.

Still haven’t received necklace I ordered 25/1217. Emailed to inquire but received no response & have just emailed again. Hoping somebody will get back to me this time! Don’t want to purchase anything else incase this is a hoax

I absolutely love this store! Everything is so unique and beautiful! I ordered a Colors of the Ocean ring. I originally saw it on Facebook and I thought it was cute. Based on the price, I figured Why not? I ordered it thinking it would be a cheap quality thing, sort of like a mood ring. When I got it in, I was surprised by how beautiful it was! I wear it every single day and it's holding up perfectly; so much better than I expected! I can't wait to buy more!!

So far I have purchased a ring & a necklace. Their merchandise is of the most lasting beautiful & excellent quality.

I think Dave our Oceans is a great cause and just love everything I have purchased.

Always very interesting and nice things.

I have come accross to beautiful things and they were delivered without problems. I am always waiting for the next email to find another smart and nice item to buy.

Also, they are doing something for our planet. I recommend it.

When I purchased their gorgeous octopus ring, Save Our Oceans kindly informed me via email of the backlog from their supplier and expected wait time to receive my order. As a minimalist, their ring is the only form of hand jewelry I own that's not a familial heirloom. As a symbol of my fellow sea dwelling creatures, I value this object significantly more than its meager practical cost. This is not merely shallow fashion bling to me. To each their own, but their octopus ring resonates with me deeply. Forged of malleable metal elegantly formed and polished, I can easily tighten or loosen it by hand to accommodate any of my smallish fingers. Total class.

People are people and some can occasionally have childish agendas regarding reviews. Bogus or not, this is not for me to decide or confirm. I respect this organization and its wonderful endeavor. Peace and love.

Good Products and a cause worth supporting! Never had any problems with the shipments to Central Europe. Would definitely recommend!
