Breach of guidelines
The cost of not reading reviews!
Trial shows 0.8 cents or so. However, the charge was for over 35+ USD. Tried adding phone numbers through the option but received no messages on the phone. Perhaps our network detects this and blocks it. Support Priority Line (Get VIP support instantly) was part of the charges but there was no response to the messages that I sent on their chat except some Bot replies which did not answer my question. Further, I sent out a message to what appeared like a dedicated support. Waited for an hour or more. No response. Cancelled my subscription immediately. My mistake being that I should have looked up reviews about the service before I signed up. If only I had checked them out on Trustpilot first, I would not have signed up. Alas!

Account refunded after wrongly charged
Update 28.09: I have received my money back, and the attention and response from Bitbox was fast.
Wanted to try for 1 scan, then got to a page where I had to opt for other services. I opted for the customer services. The next day my card has been blocked by my bank for securty reasons as someone was trying to take around 54EUR. Today the same thing happened. They use Bitbox for the transactions and they will rob you blind.

Rather than get stung for a month subscription I was charged these services so I could access the account and cancel it. I had an account for all of 5 minutes and it cost me an additional $34.99
On contacting them they said that there was an opt out page. If there was it was not clear and the screenshot is deliberately misleading (to accept the charges there's a big orange button marked "discard").
